Kingdom of Bretonia
Foreign & Commonwealth Office
Good morning,
As of 1030 today, Sirius Standard Time, the Kingdom of Bretonia has suspended all contracts with Ageira Innovations. This includes further repair work on the supergate connecting the Poole and Alberta systems. We are contacting you because we would like to begin dismantling the Poole gate immediately. In order to avoid presenting the appearance of attempting to infringe on Ageira trade secrets, we would prefer not to contract the work to BMM or any other Bretonian corporation. As your company already does the on-site assembly on Ageria's behalf, we trust you already have procedures in place protect Ageira intellectual property. Because of that, we would like to contract your company to begin demolition operations at the earliest possible date. You may return all parts of the gate to Ageira Innovations.

I am John Doe, Chairman of Doe Industries which franchises with Deep Space Engineering. I believe you would be well aware of the grand efforts our Bretonian Division has been undertaking to help your citizens rebuild what was left behind. We wholeheartedly believe that we must stay strong in alliances when the times are the toughest and that exactly what we're trying to achieve with you here. Nothing stands stronger than a bond built on camaraderie.
So while I am honored to have this conversation with you I am a little confused here, so could you please set this straight?
You want us to disassemble the supergate project in its entirety, entailing that we stop work on it altogether? That's one of the finest pieces of pure genius known to Sirius that literally allowed rapid deployment of Liberty's forces to help defend you in your darkest hour. We're talking a monumental piece of history right there, and destroying it will be a dishonor to all that contributed to ensuring your nations state of freemdom. It was your miracle.

Work in Poole
Mr Stewart,
I hope you don't mind my intrusion on this correspondence. I am the General Manager of Doe Industries Bretonian branch (Doe|-DSE), and am automatically linked in to much of the correspondence. I also have a very big investment in Poole, namely our forward base of operations Dorset Station. This would be a terrible blow to us should the Supergate project be abandoned.
The frustration between Bretonia's Government and Ageira Innovations is problematic, and not to Bretonia alone. Of late it has hindered our work in the rebuild of Bretonia. Never-the-less I would suggest caution in burning ones bridges. But there is something potentially hugely beneficial that could come out of our mutual frustrations.
There are a couple of things that, given Doe|-DSE's experience in Bretonia, you should be aware of.
1. As you may know, Doe|-DSE invited the Daoine Saoirse to maintain Dorset Station, releasing our engineers given the pressing need was in the highly damaged areas of Bretonia first.
2. In conversations with Haadon 'Eleyson it appears they have a very good understanding of how both Ageira and EFL jumpgate and tradelane technology works. They are masters of design and advanced technological as their history indicates.
3. EFL tradelanes and Jumpgates are superior to Ageira in design.
4. I have always wondered why Bretonia has not developed the technology for its own use.
5. We have stockpiled Ageira White boxes in Dorset Station ready for use.
It led me to seriously consider asking the Gammu AI whether they could manufacture in partnership with, or licence too, Bretonia's Government to research and develop the technology - perhaps with uniquely Gammu AI technology infused. Perhaps a blending/hybrid of EFL and Ageira tech.
I have had unofficial off the record meetings already with the Daoine Saoirse about doing some work for us. I am deeply impressed! Their energy tech alone is to die for.
Would it be beneficial and worthwhile for Doe|-DSE to go the next step and do a feasibility study for the Bretonian Government?

Gentlemen, I thank you for your prompt replies. Her Majesty's Government has elected to make one final attempt at reaching a settlement with Ageira. As a result, we are placing this request on hold pending the outcome of negotiations. Should Ageira prove as intractable as they have been thus far, however, we will contact you again to discuss this matter further.
