As the video feed begins, there it's blank. After a second, a young looking dark blonde woman is stood in front of the camera. She's wearing her usual red dress. She bows her head, speaking in a soft and friendly Cambridge accent.
"Who ever would have thought that an ex LSF agent would be contacting the Rogues asking for a favour. Seems old Liberty has got just as sh*t as I remember. But hey, I'm not here to dwell on the failings of a corrupt and broken government. Higher ups that would see people fed to the slaughter houses of a war machine just to satisfy some ego..."
The woman pauses shaking her head and she chuckles lightly.
"I'm gonna cut the crap and get down to brass tacks. I've just got an old Aquilon back from my old organisation. While they're fighting Nomads, I want to do something a bit more fun and enjoy what there is to this mortal coil before it shuffles. I'm looking for some assistance, advice and some form of backing. My aim is a mobile casino. Blackjack, hookers, alcohol... What more would you glorious bastards want to be involved with?
Now, this won't be operational for a while, as I'll be getting a few things from some other groups, but, rest assured, this is something I can see you lot would enjoy. I'm operating this thing entirely freelance with the crew, so there's no one to look down on us, if you catch my drift?
I want to know if you lads and lasses want in. Oh, by the way, call me Mel."
Melissa chuckles and she nods her head respectfully.

A well dressed man wearing a slim dark grey suit with a black shirt appears. The only thing that shows his affiliation, is a golden pin, shaped in the form of the Liberty Rogues emblem.
Mel,
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Robert Dixon, Enforcer of the Liberty Rogues, and the main supplier of many the finer things you're looking for.
While your offer came unexpected, I'm more than able to help you out, with every title you've listed, and more. Allow me to go into details, before we'll agree on the price. Without further addons, here's the list that you might be interested in:
Various Casino equipment found in every worthy establishment in Liberty. Rigged, or unrigged versions available.
Alcoholic beverages, ranging from the cheapest swill to the most exquisite liqours.
Security details, in the form of highly trained slaves, called "The Purified" The detail comes with an able security officer too. (non-slave.)
Various drugs, ranging from Synthweed, to Nox. Should be noted, the repertoire does not include Cardamine.
Listening devices, if you're looking to trade information too.
For your requiriement of flesh, We've got a large selection of slaves, with an enourmous amount of options regarding their obedience, skills, intelligence, and many more traits.
If I was able to peak your interest, please send your questions here, or arrange for a personal meeting on Freeport 2, if you wish to inspect my stock.
Melissa is impressed with the quick response of the Rogue enforcer and she chuckles lightly. As she listens, Melissa smiles, closing her eyes slightly as she takes in what Robert is saying. She bows her head, speaking in a soft and friendly Cambridge accent.
"Well, Mr. DIxon, seems the Rogues are really eager to have a fun new toy, eh? Very well, I'll meet you with a few people in the Bering system. Freeport 2 seems fair, you call the date and I'll meet you there. "
Melissa thinks for a few seconds as she's about to close the transmission but pauses, before carrying on.
"As far as what I'll be interested in, it will be the following items:
Alcohol, what you can supply. There will be other suppliers, but I want to see what you can offer as well, competition is always healthy.
Drug. Synthweed especially is a much loved commodity these days. I'm more than happy to let you have the monopoly on this, as a gesture of good will. Other drugs as well that aren't 'overly illegal' if you catch my drift. I'm not keen on being a total outlaw, after all. This needs to be accessible for all sides of the law. Larger clientele and all that jazz.
The slaves I'll be interested in would be women from ages 18 to 35. The better looking, the more I'll be willing to give the Rogues in return.
Now, we can discuss what the Rogues want in return either on here or in person, either way, your organisation can reap the benefits from this when it's fully operational. But for now, I don't want to make this a one party wagon."
Melissa chuckles and she nods her head respectfully as the transmission begins to end.

Dixon appears, sporting a sly smile. He's obviously pleased with the current state of the affairs
Mel,
Firstly, my ship is almost ready to launch, with both the drinks, drugs, and slaves. I've handpicked about 600 of the latter, and I've taken the liberty to handpick the best of my livestock, although on a bit broader age range than specified. If you're not content with this, just don't choose those.
As for payment, it will still largely wary on the type of training you'll require, but I'd like to ask for a bit more than credits. I'd like to provide you a Security Officer, completely loyal to her contractor, and noone else of course. She'd have a passive task of monitoring the slaves, and evaluate a new training method we'll apply to them.
I'll arrive to the Freeport in roughly 3 hours, and will wait for you.
Standing in a converted cargo bay of a fighter with high grade living arrangements, Melissa smiles as the transmission begins, feeling a lot more comfortable talking with Robert. She chuckles lightly and bows her head respectfully, speaking in her soft Cambridge accent.
"Robert, was good meeting you on Freeport 2 the other day. Apologies for how long it's taken since we last spoke, but things have got a bit interesting since we last spoke. I'm still going ahead with the plans, so rest assured, you will see things moving ahead in the next 6 months. But, naturally, these things take time. Especially in relationship to the refitting of an entire combat vessel into something a bit different. Now, I want to arrange some form of payment for you, seeing as it will be a while before the slaves I selected will be able to be picked up... Consider this more upfront payment with more to come. Let me know how much you want for the reservations of these people, as I don't want to leave a business partner short changed. I'll be in Liberty again soon and will give you the money face to face.
Also, that slave you gave me as a little present on Freeport 2 has been more than useful, I want to thank you for that.
I'll be back form Kusari in a few days. If there's any dirt you want digging up while I'm there and keep myself relatively unknown, then just ask, least I can do is a favour for you."
Melissa chuckles and she nods her head respectfully.

Dixon appears, now in a leather jacket, on it's left arm she could see a part of the Rogue emblem stitched into the jacket. His eyes were focused, like he was piercing thorough the monitor. He nodded, and began to speak
Mel,
Let's just say, there is something you could help me with. Or rather someone. Moka, a former warlord of the Rogues, lately, a loose end.
He's a royal pain in the ass lately, and the fact that he's still alive, and haven't been captured, means he's got help. I suspect the Lane Hackers, but my source says Moka left them weeks ago.
Considering the Unioners aren't exactly on good terms with him right now, So my guess is that he's either gone to Kusari, or Bretonia. My contacts in Bretonia will find him in a few weeks, if he's there, but my contacts in Kusari are sadly lacking.
Capture him, and bring me his head, if it's not possible, report his whereabouts, and the current outfit he's running with. Either way, you'd do me a great favour, one i'd love to pay back.
Dixon nods again, as he noticably eases up. Looks like one of his problems is about to solve itself.
