Cardiff was a special case due to the difficulty to salvage and deliver all materials within a planned period of time. Dismantling certain sections of Cardiff had to be slowed down in order to allow a safer environment. Regardless, I will not bother or fill your head of reasons why the Voltaic Junker workers delayed this operation, as you sure do want progress. As such, you have my official statement that Cardiff and Freeport 4 have been salvaged fully - my workers even managed to squeeze out extra materials to make up for the delay.
I will be waiting for the Lhotse fighters and monetary reward to be sent in. The destination is obviously: Tarancon. Don't mind the wreckage. I only recently got a hold of this station and as you may see soon, it requires repairs on its own.
I am pleased with your responsible approach, for today many are lacking that trait, merely exploiting their personnel for personal benefit. I am glad to see that this is not the case for you, and relieved to hear that delay is caused by safety concerns. Then, i believe - we may let it slip for once. All that remains for you to do is to provide me with a valid Neural Net account where the credits will be transfered.
As for the mentioned strike craft - i will personally arrange a special delivery directly to Tarancon. I suggest you have sufficient hangar space prepared by the time of their arrival tomorrow.

"CV-2400" is the account you are looking for. The funds will be later shared between the workers who contributed to Cardiff and Freeport 4's salvaging operations. As for the incoming fighters: Tarancon can take these fighters without crowding the space too much. Of course, some would be put in use to defend the Station in a matter of hours after the arrival.
Let me know if you need anything else in the future from the Junkers. I have some good people who would enjoy doing things other than salvaging since we're involved in way more things than collecting scrap.
I apologise for the delay. The outstanding payment have been delivered to your specified Neural Net account and our designated carrier vessel have delivered our "Lhotse" space superiority fighters to Tarancon. I am obliged to remind you that possessing Guild technologies implies that it will not be used against any IMG sympathetic parties and we maintain the right to withdraw the license at any time in case this condition will be broken. We will observe the proper usage of provided vessels, so please, be mindful of that.
It was a pleasure doing business with you and Voltaic junkers, and we will consider contacting you should the necessarity arise in the future.
It haven't been a long while since we have last had a deal, and i am pleased with how this little affair have turned out. As you may know it has been a while since my Guild have lost access to Liberty lawful markets; while it is not a great loss as it is - we do not plan to give up on it entirely as well, but we would need to act more discreetly for our plan to work out. In short - we are seeking a suitable canditate to the role of distributor of smelted raw ores among the Liberty Underworld. I will leave the decision about the choice of clientele to your discretion, it should still be in any way opposed to the Liberty regime and those supplies should strengthen their positions.
The source of these supplies should be kept in secret - we would not want this information to leak past this communication.
Well well, if it isn't Miss Ludenberg herself yet again.
It's good to see the IMG looks towards making business with the Voltaic Junkers - or rather it is you who want to keep this deal a small secret even from your own. What you are asking of me is playing the middleman between the IMG and an organization of my choice that actively opposes Liberty while at the same time supplying them with goods you give the Junkers to smelt. What is this? Christmas? I never had such a combo-deal in months!
Now I have someone in mind. Good people. They are currently operating in Bering as a Separatist group - Battlegroup Harmony. From the things I've heard, they are opposed to Liberty's current state, and naturally, they do fight these annoying potheads also known as "Liberty Navy", "Liberty Police", all sorts.
And you say you want to stay anonymous, yes? That can be arranged. I will pull some strings and prepare the playground for all this. But I have one question - or rather a set of them -, Miss Ludenberg. What gives?
I have my reasons to spit on Liberty - good ones too. But you? The IMG? How did a respectable Guild like yours end up trying to indirectly contribute to Liberty's current regime downfall?
Good, you are still keeping track of this channel.
We have our own reasons to be out for Liberty capitalists' heads, and history showed that direct approach is not always the best; back in the times of high tensions between the Guild and Bretonia - after the shipyard was taken over a commercial event have taken place that was later christened Aland Airlift, in which Interspace Commerce have played a major role and when we came for them - twitched their tail and pleaded to Liberty Government to take immediate action - which resulted in The Guild loosing access to Liberty markets.
Battlegroup Harmony seems to be a fine candidate for the injection of supplies, however, do not hesitate to expand the range of supplied entities should you find it appropriate.

Your reasons are justifiable - not that they would affect this deal. Moving on to business, tell me what supplies do you have for the Voltaics to send off and what have you got in mind to pay us with. Keep in mind you're asking us to move ores from a territory far from Liberty, smelt it aboard Culebra, then turn back one system to deliver it to the Separatists. And let me tell you, Puerto Rico has one damned asteroid field around the sun that shreds hull.
In the meantime, I'll have a talk with Harmony through one of my associates. Give me a few days for that - or a couple hours, provided his answer will be fast.
Allow be to explicitly clear regarding this - we will ship the ores to Culebra with our own logistical vessels. That will be our part of the deal and the profits we will have from selling the ores to Congress for processing. After the smelting your merry gang comes into play, distributing the raw materials to those you deem appropriate. All the profits you get to make from the deals are yours to keep. This is what i initially had in mind when considering this proposition.
Question is - how does this sound for you?
