Charles Moreau
Esteemed representative of EFL Oil & Machinery,
My name is Charles Moreau. I am the Chief Logistics Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of the Montluc Advanced Engineering enterprise.
Perhaps you are already familiar with our corporation but if you are not I hope you will not mind if I give you a brief summary of the history of our corporation.
Our corporation was founded by a minor noble from Orleans, baron Fabian Montluc, A former officer of His Majesty's Royal Navy, on the 23 November 742 A.G.S. He is one of the many people who wish to see Gallia prosperous once again. Our glorious state even in such a divided condition as it now requires the cutting edge technology that paved the way for our House's greatness to ensure the return to prosperity for Gallia and its people.
Montluc Advanced Engineering corporation offers many goods and services to the people of Gallia: civilian-grade ships, armour and weaponry, as well as advanced mining machinery, robots for hazardous labour, and many more.
I am contacting you today as a representative of Montluc Advanced Engineering with a business proposal. We are interested in procuring blueprints and licenses for construction and further sale of the following ships:
Gallic Repair Ship "Briller"
Gallic Liner "Lucullus"
Gallic Train "Vache"
Gallic Advanced Train "Pachyderme"
In return, aside from monetary compensation, we also offer to EFL Oil & Machinery a discount for any goods produced by Montluc Advanced Engineering.
If you wish we would be willing to negotiate terms for each ship's blueprints and licences separately.
We are looking forward to your reply and hope this is the start of a mutually beneficial relationship between our corporations.
Veuillez recevoir, Charles Moreau,
Chief Logistics Officer, Montluc Advanced Engineering
Lesser men might see your upstarting company as a threat to EFL's dominance in the ship building industry, I however see this as a opportunity. You see, given the fall of the Crown the economy is shaky. Supply shipments are running behind and EFL has had to double down on our infrastructure repairs departments in preparation for the clean up and reconstruction under the new government. By allowing Montluc Advanced Engineering to handle some of the excess ship building costs that frees us up to keep the critical parts of Gallia's infrastructure in one piece.
As such, I am granting you full unhindered access to the ship blueprints, for a price. While EFL still retains all ownership of the ship design and will collect the standard 11% Royalty fees from the end sales of this product. Monteluc is free to use the designs in designing new ships or refitting existing ones as you see fit. The cost? Aside from standard sales Royalties, Half a billion per ship blueprint. Understand, the ship industry is a massive one and you will no doubt make your money back on this investment in no time.
I am glad to hear such an answer, monsier. You and I understands that Montluc Advanced Engineering and EFL Oil & Machinery are both working to rebuild the prosperity of our nation.
Montluc Advanced Engineering agrees with the terms proposed by EFL Oil & Machinery thereby the requested amount of two billion Francs shall be wired to EFL Oil & Machinery bank account in no time.
Veuillez recevoir, Charles Moreau,
Chief Logistics Officer, Montluc Advanced Engineering

Dear monsieur Dupont or person to whom it concern,
We have contacted GMS and their representatives informed us that the ships in question:
"Tournez" Gallic Metal Service Light Miner
"Courbe" Gallic Metal Service Heavy Miner
"Plier" Gallic Metal Service Deep Space Miner
"Rock Badger" Gallic Miner
Is being built under EFL blueprints and licences. In this regard we would like to inquire if the contract effective between EFL and MAE can be expanded on the aforementioned ships under the same conditions, the initial payment due for the new ships and the royalties being the same.
Charles Moreau,
Chief Logistics Officer, Montluc Advanced Engineering
Let me begin this with asking your apology for the delay in response to this message.
Moving along, the representative of GMS that you spoke to was correct, we license GMS to produce these ships mainly to ease the pressure on our own production facilities. The fee's will be the same:
While EFL will still retains all ownership of the ship design and will collect the standard 11% Royalty fees from the end sales of this product.
Monteluc is free to use the designs in designing new ships or refitting existing ones as you see fit.
Aside from standard sales Royalties, Half a billion per ship blueprint. This may seem excessive for a line of Mining ships, but with the collapse of the Government our mining ships superior quality, as well as far more aesthetically pleasing designs, have seen a marked 22% increase in sales to Non-Gallic independent mining firms and other Sirian Markets.
I do hope these terms are still agreeable. If so, than I do believe we have a deal.
Let's Make a deal,
Jeremie Dupont,
CEO, EFL Oil and Machinery
Proposed by EFL Oil & Machinery terms satisfy MAE and we do accept them. 4 (four) billion Franks will be directed to EFL bank account in no time and thus we have made another succesful deal between your and ours corporations.
It's a pleasure doing business with you.
Charles Moreau,
Chief Logistics Officer, Montluc Advanced Engineering
