Player requests literally vary from anything between thread ownership changes to faction tags, camera ship requests, ID changes
SRP and PoB is self-explanatory
OFL requests usually want buffs to their/indie ID
And would you describe the overall work load as "too much", or "too much to have time work on anything else that needs to be done"?

I wouldn't describe it as too much as long as everyone has time to contribute, but everyone has different lives and availability.
Workload-wise it's better than it was two years ago, but that's due to the lower player count. There's no multi-page list of backlog like there was before.
The "worst part" is that things tend to get stuck if they're unclear/lacking information, or the team has mixed votes and a stalemate. We've agreed to set a time limit to prevent stuff like this.
