To whom it is received by,
In short, my name is Rick Mortar. I am contacting you for a dire situation. I've been tasked with restoration and relief efforts on Freeport 5 in Omega 41, by GRG. However, upon my arrival it was clear there was an issue with the people. With my concerns, I made a station wide mandatory health screening and the results are astounding. Every single person aboard this station, has been exposed long-term to radiation. There are signs of nausea and vomiting, dizziness and disorientation, weakness and fatigue and even open sores on the skin.
I am requesting immediate aid to be sent to Freeport 5 in Sector D3 of Omega 41. For what ever expenses associated with it, it will be fulfilled by GRG. I must however mention that the shielding aboard the station is insufficient to prevent radiation penetration. There is a total of 4,600 souls aboard this station. I look forward to your reply.

Greetings, Mr. Mortar,
I am Commander Alicia Cook, commanding officer of [MFE]Med Force Two. We have received your message and have begun assembling some medical teams to assist. Our Corvo cruiser has sufficient armor to withstand the radiation so we will take on who we can to clear their systems and treat them. We will also supply newer anti-radiation pills for the base. I am also going to suggest that in the future that perhaps crews start working Freeport 5 on a rotational basis as that system is getting worse. At least then crews will have time to recover.
I have advised Dr. Holliday of this as well as he has a transport that can deliver a good deal more of the pills than we can. Just know that you won't be ignored.
I appreciate your quick response to the situation, and will look forward to your arrival. Your suggestion is also welcome and will be brought to the table at my next meeting. For now, please use these comms for communication and delivery logs. Also, hanger bay 2 has been cleared for your arrival.

Greetings, Mr. Mortar,
My apologies for such a very late response. We have been working at Freeport 5, addressing the needs of the personnel on station. Many of them were very sick. My medical teams report many cases of nausea and radiation poisoning that are beyond acceptable limits so until replacement crews can be rotated in, we have been supplementing with our own staff. Accordingly, a lot of those people have been evacuated from the system to Freeport 9 where they are getting some much needed rest and detoxing.
We will keep doing this, rotating people in every couple of days until people's radiation levels are at a limit where radiation pills can take full effect. If you need me, I will be aboard my ship and please, take the advice I gave earlier about personnel rotation even if some protest.

Ms. Alicia,
Glad to hear you've been aboard helping my crew - I hadn't noticed you myself. In-terms of the rotation, I have discussed it with my counsel and brought it to the attention of the board. They approved of a quarterly rotation from Ames Research Station and will be transported here shortly. I will Notify you when they have arrived in this com. Once they arrive though, I will be replacing your crew with my own. I appreciate the assistance at this time however.
Additionally, we will be repairing and plating the current structure with Iridium. Shielding will also be repaired, and research to reduce exposure are under-way.
If there is anything needed at this time, please feel free to request it. Otherwise, till next communication.
