Biography:
"I'm rather proud of my ability to tell lies. I can trick not only others, but even my own heart."
Celeste was born in a noble, conservative Rheinland family on New Berlin in the autumn of the year 798 A.S., in Potsdam; her mother was the descendant of those people who left Gallia before the minefields sealed every exit and entrance to fifth House. Her predecessors have settled down in Rheinland and, over the centuries, have assimilated with the locals, however, still naming the girls with the Gallic names - in respect to their origins. By the time of her birth Celeste had a mixture of Gallic and Rheinland blood. Due to her family's conservatism, Ludenberg have received extensive home education - wealthy nobility could afford to invite the most competent teachers that have agreed to work with a student at home individually, a rare and mostly obsolete practice was not met with much enthusiasm, despite a hefty sum offered as compensation, it took almost a year to find a teacher who expressed consent and met the standarts of Ludenberg at the same time. Such people were found, even if not without complications, and at the age of twenty Celeste could give a headstart to any institute graduate with a bachelor degree - thanks to her erudition, sharp mind and broad horizons along with a solid etiquette base.
Nearly a perfect daughter of the Ludenberg family. She would have been, if during her education she would not have shown the desire to travel and particular interest in gambling. Coincidentally, these two hobbies conveniently correlated and, breaking up in a fight with her parents, in the age of twenty one Celeste have departed for her first inter-house travel through Sigmas to Kusari, visiting every major landmark in Kusari - using some of her family's wealth to acquire a dedicated tourist shuttle produced exclusively by Orbital Spa & Cruise that served the future Guildmistress well for a few years straight. The loyal workhorse have later on parted ways with the former owner, and have found a new one on the markets.
The longer Ludenberg was separated from her family the larger the abyss between the daughter and the parents grew - Celeste, throughout her travels, have often been sending letters home and though she never got any answer a conclusion was simple enough - the split occurred precisely because of their contents, which Celeste made simple enough, describing recent stories of her life. For the answer never came Ludenberg concluded that her parents have no interest in her life whatsoever and it is about time she gives up on attempts to bring about any meaningful reaction.
It was about that time her strolling around Sirius have brought her to the Independent Miners Guild.
Peace, being the distant dream it is, comes inevitably, and goes hand in hand with justice.
Cursed be the war.
