The Prison Liner Keimusho Raina approached Fuchu Prison and was under hail from the Prison communication system.
PRISON RO : "Fuchu Prison hailing the Keimusho Raina, please respond with protocol ID"
Radio Operator : "Protocol ID transmitted through the secure line Fuchu"
PRISON RO :"Protocol accepted Keimushu Raina,Please dock at station 4 and hold for full ship scan"
Radio Operator :"Understood Fuchu standing by"
The Keimushu was being scanned for any un-registered members aboard the ship and also any foreign objects could be detected too from the massive scanning boom which was attached to the prison for scanning all Police transports and Liners that visited the prison.
Aboard the Keimusho were 50 new prisoners all unlawfuls or criminals captured by the Kusari State Police ready to stand trial or have already been charged with crimes committed in Kusari space.
After a ten minute scan the Keimusho was ready to dock.
PRISON RO :"Keimusho, please proceed to dock at station 4 and prepare to be accepted by our officers to welcome you"
The prison was vast and had an almost ghostly appearance as the Keimusho made its way to station 4.
This station was the most secure on the Prison accepting only the most dangerous prisoners in Sirius of which there were 3 aboard apparently.
On board the Keimusho today was the newly appointed High Commissioner of the Kusari State Police Haruto Yashida and 5 of his most trusted officers.
Commissioner Yashida was here to take a full tour of the Prison on his first visit to a Kusari State Police installation since his appointment to the post.
As he stepped out of the docking bay into the Prison he was saluted by all the Prison Officers who were all hand picked by the Prison Warden who unfortunately was out of Sirius at the moment at a Prison Warder Conference meeting.
After the prisoners were transferred to the Signing in room where they will be appointed to their cells and settled in Yashida was escorted round the Prison on a guided tour and was pleasently pleased with what he saw and congratulated the staff regarding the facilities aboard the Prison and how the prisoners were treated as long as they stayed in line with the rules.
YASHIDA : "Konnichiwa all Officers of Fuchu Prison and I humbly give you greetings and also a very polished report to your superior about how the prison is ran,may I also point out that over the coming months my State Police Officers will be stepping up patrols around Kusari and I will be appointing a Battlecruiser as support for the Prison and the Keimusho so that we can safely transfer prisoners here without incident"
YASHIDA :"Also might I add that the Kusri State Police Distribution Fleet will be operational soon aswell supplying Kyushu Rice and Sake on a regular basis to all State Police facilities bases and prisons."
ALL OFFICERS : *Cheering and lots of applause*
YASHIDA : "Arigato..arigato officers I am so pleased you approve of my new additions to our Patrols and Distribution, and for now I say well done and keep up the good work...arigato and sayonara for now,"
Yashida proceeded to leave the main area from where he made his small speech and made his way back to the docking area, but as he walked the rattling of items on the bars of the prison could be heard and inaudible shouting from the prisoners as he walked.
PRISON OFFICER :"Do not worry Komisshona" he said "Its always like this and especially when we have an esteemed visitor like yourself"
Yashida :"Ahh I am pleased that you and the other officers remain calm while this goes on it did unsettle me a little, maybe we could implement something that might stop them from doing this,so I will try and think of some ideas that might help"
PRISON OFFICER : "Arigato Komisshona sir"
Yashida continued his walk and the rattling continued until he could not hear it anymore after entering the main lobby of the prison and visited the control room and also the offices and canteen area.
After seeing those facilities he proceeded to see the in house accomodation for all the Officers which were highly furnished and really well layed out.
YASHIDA :"Better than my office and facilities at my headquarters" *he laughed*
Proceeding back to the docking area a claxon started to sound very loudly.
TANOY TRANSMISSION :"Alert alert all gunnery staff report to positions please"
YASHIDA :"What is going on"
PRISON OFFICER :"There appears to be an unauthorised vessel approaching the prison it happens all the time sir"
YASHIDA :"OH"
TANOY TRANSMISSION :"Stand down ... stand down alert aborted gunners report back to posts"
The alert over Yashida arranged to board the Prison liner for his trip back to New Tokyo and the safety of his Command centre.
Once all checks had been made and all pre flight checks were confirmed the liner was scanned once again inside the prison to make sure no stowaways had managed to get on board.
Boarding the liner Yashida was pleased he had visited the prison and was looking forward to all of his visits to the rest of the installations in Kusari.
Departure was smooth and once into space proximity two "SAISHI" class fighters and a"TAKEDA" Destroyer proceeded to escort the Liner to its destination in New Tokyo.
After a short journey with no complications and no sightings the Liner proceeded to dock and await more prisoners for another day to transfer to Fuchu.
And High Commissioner Yashida made his way to his office to log his report of the condition of the prison and the outstanding work the officers do aboard there.
After filing his report he proceeded to finish his day and make his way home under Police escort to see his family and relax until tomorrow and another day as High Commissioner would start again...
It had been a a couple of days since High Commissioner Haruto Yashida had payed his visit to Fuchu Prison and was about to embark on his next visit and was arranging for the Keimushu Raina once again to be his transport for the next destination which would be Ohashi Border Station.
Preparations were underway to plot a secure and safe passage to his destination, which really was a short journey and will be departing later to do his visit, but more important matters troubled the Chokan, and it was more to do with the unlawful situation in Kusari.
It seems that alot of the time the unlawful ships slip through the net so to speak and evade his officers quite alot and he was pondering on a plan to try and successfully,if not stop but hinder these unlawful pilots and maybe grind them down in some way.
This task was going to be difficult but in his experience in previous roles he has undertaken, strategy seems to be one of his best assets and he proceeded to draw up some plans that maybe his High Command Officers could run through and hopefully agree to after he has drawn them.
New officers were steadily making progress through their training aswell and the Senior Officer in charge of training was well pleased with them so far.
A few officers have made some simple mistakes but with time everything will fall into place as it seems the previous regime was how we might say a bit lax to discipline and professionalism and this is what Yashida was wanting to drum into his Officers and so far it is all going to plan.
Also the next step after all of his visits have ended will be to organise the Logistical side of the State Force which will be responsible for distribution of essential supplies to all State Police Installations and Stations throughout Sirius.
Large transport vessels with extra armor plating will be used for transporting all of these goods and will usually be under escort whilst operating.
The Kusari State Police seems to have been a good choice for Yashida and he is well and truly rising to the challenge of trying to make Kusari space one of the safest places to be.
Just recently the Command Centre has had new additions to its database storage with a Criminal Data Storage system installed and will be running reports on a fortnightly basis and will distribute these findings openly to civilians and Officers.
The more information that is relayed to civilians is something Yashida wants to introduce so that both his Officers and the civilians can work together to stamp out or at least supress the unlawfuls and criminals who traverse the systems of Sirius and Kusari.
*Knock on door*
Yashida : "Enter"
State Officer : "Honourable Chokan,Sir.... all is ready and the Keimusho Raina is all ready to receive you for your next visit"
Yashida : "Arigato officer,I will be there presently"
So the High Commissioner was ready for his next visit and made his way through the Command centre to the awaitng liner.
The journey to Ohashi Border Station was short and sweet and the crew of the Keimusho Raina was at minimum just for this visit but escort ships had been increased with four Kusari Bomber ships and 1 battlecruiser with Fighters aboard.
Approaching Ohashi all protocols were recognised and accepted by both the Keimusho and the station and the Keimusho was able to dock fairly quickly seeing as the security measures were not as tough as the prison seeing as there were only State Police officers on board.
Keimusho docked exceptionally well and smoothly and Chokan Yashida commenced with his inspection which really would not take long at all.
The station is not that big and basically informs the KSP High Command of any suspicious vessels entering Kusari space and also any unlawfuls who come within reach of the station for them to be able to scan.
Chokan Yashida was very impressed with the facilities aboard the station and accepted the Station Commanders request to have some lunch while he was visiting.
After lunch he was shown the small but secure hangar where any State Police ships could dock for repairs or even when they had to restock with ammunition.
The docking hangar really looked dated so Yashida was wondering whether a refit of the hangar would improve facilities aboard the station.
Shortly later Chokan Yashida toured the rest of the station and was pleased with everything he saw and was ready to board the Keimusho within the next 20 minutes or so,but first he wished to meet some of the crew aboared the station and the crew were really pleased to meet Yashida and chatted for around 15 mins before it was time for him to depart back to New Tokyo.
Departure was being prepared and everything seemed ready for the Liner to depart and Yashida reflected on his second visit and realised that the installations he had visited so far were really living up to his expectations as he boarded the Keishumo...
