"Howdy ya'll, you all know me by now so I'll skip the introductions. As some of you may very well know, there's a massive Dark Matter storm in Alberta that is threatenin' to encroach on Freeport 14. Velvet's plan, with the assistin' of you all and perhaps other groups is to evacuate everyone from Freeport 14 to Kepler. From there the evacuees will be processed. It'll be a large effort, and will require assistance from you all. I want a unified Zoner effort on this, for our brothers, sisters and siblings at Freeport 14.

Greetings, Commander,
As fate would have it, I am currently at Freeport 14 as I delivered a shipment of iridium to the base. I currently have an open hold and can transport 3,400 souls to safety.
I will be standing by while they come aboard with their gear.
And yes, I am familiar with the Dark Matter heading to the base as I had to fly through it. Thank goodness for good armor.
I will notify you of my arrival to Ames.

My name is Julio Gonzales and I am on behalf of the GRG.
The evacuation of the station is a good idea, dark matter storms are no fun to be in si?
We aren't particularly equiped for personel transfer but we can help with supplies
and potentially salvaging what we can from the station so we can attempt to rebuild it somewhere else.
Of course, this would only be possible once everyone is safely off the station and time is of the essence.
Please rest assured we will do what we can to lend our aid.
OSI has been planning on an evacuation for the Freeport for some time, hopefully eventually followed by a disassembly of the major station components, to be transported and rebuilt somewhere else. OSI has, after all, a very significant presence on the Freeport, and it is our major centre of manufacture for the northern half of Sirius.
It heartens us to see that Velvet and our other fellow Zoners are ready to assist in the evacuation of the personnel living on the station. We are planning on take care of evacuating the OSI staff ourselves, but were going to have to hire liners and passenger ships to transport the rest of the station's population. Having Velvet, Med Force Enterprises, and others participate will help tremendously. For this, we thank you.
We are currently trying to arrange temporary accommodations for the FP14 population on Ames, Pygar, and aboard the Nichols Trade Center for OSI employees and anyone else who does not fit in the other destinations, or wishes to go towards the Omegas or Omicrons.
Sincèrement,
