Date of Birth: 27/8/781 AS (697 AGS), 45 years old.
Biography:
Gabriel Baudet was born in a very unstable and tumultuous moment during Marne's independence, later at the beginning of the Second Gallic War his parents died victim of several terrorist attacks perpetrated by Royalist resistance movements in one of the most populated cities in the planet. Gabriel Baudet, motivated by revolutionary ideals and a deep, almost obsessive sense of vegance and righteousness, wanted since very young to join the Council Liberation Navy and fight against the tyranny of the Gallic Crown to make them pay the missery and crimes commited not only in Marne, but in the entire sector. As soon as he reached the minimal age to enlist, he requested the recruitment, unfortunately for him, he didn't pass most psychological tests, which meant he couldn't be accepted as Navy's fleet pilot.
Rejected by the Council and frustrated by being unable to take vengance against the royalists, he tried better luck with the less restrictive and more brutal Maquis movements in the planet, eventually he was accepted, and gained enough popularity and respect between the Maquis of Marne, to achieve the rank of pilot.
After several years of war, nearly being killed multiple times, he decided to move into the Taus, in Sirius Sector, and assisted the Council Battlegroup De Grasse in Orkney intercepting Gallic corporative transports serving the Crown and dealing with regular Outcast and Royal Navy raids. In year 826 AS, after several months operating in Orkney and Roussillion, with the Battleship DeGrasse as headquarters, he met an operative from the MQS cell, called Violette Cazal, that offered entrance on the Cell, Baudet seeing how his efforts in Taus were barely making any difference in the war effort, and risking his life almost daily, decided that being part of a well organised cell would be wise, and so
he decided to accept her offer and join.
After the Second Gallic War was over at the beginning of 827 AS/743 AGS, and with most operatives of the MQS cell missing, he met several pilots of the relatively new Voltaire Collective, and after a request of assistance to the VC was made, Baudet moved all his assets and efforts towards the new Cell.
