Bonjour, Monsieur Vaughn, we have decided that it is worth it to contact you and your organization, so as promised, I am opening this channel.
Now onto the matter at hand.
We both have our own goals, however some appear to be very identical, like wanting the painful death of every remaining Royalists, and those who were, and still are supporting the Enclave. And it seems we may both agree that the current government so happens to support former supporters of the Crown, so here is what we have in mind so far.
Our organizations could perhaps work together in eradicating these scum, or perhaps trade relations can be established, whatever suits the Sirian Junkers.
Obviously we are not looking for charity, we expect you'll want something that can be exported from Gallia, and I'm sure there's something that the Junkers want.
We'll await your response on the matter.
Sincerely,
Lacroix
It has been a while since we talked last time. To be honest, I partly expected to receive this transmission - a few days ago, that is. Nonetheless, you are right that the current Government is not what we - The Junkers need. Combat support can be a thing. Trade relations can be established. But what if I tell you that I can offer you one more feature? It's called fame. The Maquis aren't the only organizations seeking to reabilitate their House's government. There is the Hellfire Legion, there is the Liberty Separatists, Bundschuh, Red Hessians, Unioners, Blood Dragons. Many organizations, to be honest. Way more than what I just listed you. Perhaps, with time, I can make the things you do in Gallia to go public in the Underworld of revolutionaries. Who knows? Maybe some organizations share your pain and seek to give you a hand.
About the Trade Relations...hmm. Right now the Voltaic Junkers could supply the Collective with fresh, high quality Military Salvage from Bering. I had heard from one of my workers that a Unione Corse transport sells Military Salvage in Gallia for a lot of cash. Sure, must be rumors or dreams caused by Nox overdose. But what if its true? Hypothetically, if is, the Voltaire Collective could begin construction of a remote station close enough to Sirius, give the Voltaics their coordinates - privately. My boys will do what they can into obtaining that Salvage and delivering it to your station. Next up? The Voltaire Collective can use civilian transports to blend in and sell those supplies and earn sizeable amounts of cash out of it.
Other than my suggested idea for Military Salvage, I can most definitely tell the boys aboard Tarancon to let you take some meaningless Scrap we collect on a daily basis. Materials such as these can be used very easily in ship maintenance once processed properly - or you can send it over to Allentown for a good buck. It is very profitable considering how cheap scrap is - 5 Sirian Credits per unit - and how much you gain on Allentown: close to 5,000 credits per unit. This clearance shouldn't cost more than...20 Million Credits. Monthly.
About the assistance in combat...the Voltaic Junkers can only assist in Aquintante and Gallic systems. We can assist you in taxing the local traders that are part of guilty corporations and actively shooting the local wildlife known as "Gendarmerie" and The Enclave.
This should be all. Unless you present me what can Gallia offer in terms of cargo I cannot be sure what to pick; so do me a favor and give me an insight on Gallia's treasures, please.
I will be waiting for your reply. Hopefully, it will be soon.

I thank you for your fast response, Monsieur Kyle, now it's my turn to list what we can offer.
Allow me to start with something that you Junkers specialize in, junk. You see, ever since the Gallic Junkers have been wiped out, these fields have been left almost untouched.
To list a few, Burgundy has 2 of such fields, Tille Debris Field, and Genlis Debris field. Provence has 1 such field, Hirson Debris field.
And these are just a few, there are more such fields in the other systems, the quality of salvagable material is most likely variable.
The Collective could provide the means of protection if that is an issue.
Dauphine also has mineral opportunities, Molybdenum Ore, I believe the following bases/planets offer good money for them:
(Keep in mind that this information can be outdated, I'll see if these can be updated in the near future.)
Liberty - Texas - Planet Houston - $10374
Border Worlds - Omega 3 - Aland Shipyard - $9867
Kusari - Honshu - Planet Honshu - $8755
Rheinland - New Berlin - Planet New Berlin - $11210
The ore can be acquired from lawful miners by us, then given to the Junkers to deliver them, or perhaps if other means of acquiring present itself, then there is that.
I believe this is something the Junkers could be interested in as well.
Now onto something else, as you know already, The Unione Corse, and the Brigands are our allies, in case they have something you might need, we can easily obtain them thanks to our contacts with said factions. Due to this of course we also have access to all sort of things in the Gallic Black Market, I'm sure you can find something of use there.
We also operate in the Taus, including Tau-53, which so happens to be a border system of Kusari. I believe the Junkers and Kusari in general have some issues towards each other, I believe we can help you in some cases if certain Kusari organizations decide to engage you.
We also are planning to contact the Blood Dragons soon, seeing that we and them have some things in common, if everything goes well, we can perhaps for a 3-was alliance, or something similar.
Any further contacts with other organizations that are not hostile towards the Junkers could help you as well I believe.
And now onto what you have offered so far, more specifically the installation establishment part.
Such base of operation can be established, and we'll contact you when we have decided where to and when to establish said base.
Other offers, like the clearance to this "Tarancon" base, if I understood it correctly, are interesting as well, however we have projects in development in Gallia for the time being, nevertheless, we are indeed interested in what you have offered so far, we hope you'll be interested in what we can offer.
Apologies for the late answer; I took some time to consider your offer and I believe I have set up agreeable terms which can let both the Voltaic Junkers and Voltaire Collective profit equally.
Firstly: trading relations. I can't say anything more than the fact that I am interested in this Ore of yours - Molybedium - let alone the Salvage Gallia has to offer. I'll arrange an operation where a Salvager or two will take a close look at the value of these Debris field. All I need from the Maquis are guarding services. If this salvage is worthy to be invested in, then you can obviously assume establishing a wider array of services ranging from salvaging old Council vessels for the Maquis to repurpose up to actively mining the Debris fields with no competition - that means I would like the Maquis to drive out any annoyances that might steal what lies inside.
About the Gallic Black Market...sure. I always wanted to experiment with Gallic technology. Those Carbines and Council Pulses sure look interesting. I am interested to see what your wares have to offer in the future, provided you will keep me updated on how it develops.
Moving on for the more interesting subject: Kusari. It is good to see that you considered aiding the Voltaic Junkers with Kusari. Right now the main focus are its Border Worlds - those include systems between Gallia and Kusari. Right now we have to focus on shaming the Hogosha and by default striking the Kusarian Government as much as possible. This is beneficial for both the Junkers and the Maquis. Why? We get more room to breathe and carry on with our trading away from prying eyes. A joint effort could forever destroy the Hogosha and finally let the Junkers access Kusari whether by force or via diplomacy. Just remember: Hogosha are bad people. Feel no remorse when exterminating their disgusting ships. They're bootlickers to the end - and nobody likes this kind of people.
