Hola.
After seeing your work within through communications, and being vouched for by Carlos Ortega. I find it only best to reward you for your efforts. As such you are being promoted to Dos Rayas. Congratulations.
You'll find your promotion comes with a gift when you return to Malta.
To: Alana Leoz, Cyrene Amato From: Rodrigo Diaz Source: Planet Malta, Omicron Alpha. Subject: Expansion
Buenas Diaz,
Alana, the route with Orbital Spa & Cruise seems to have mostly ended. They are too afraid to become resellers of Cardamine on their luxury ships although as we both became aware. They are happy to trade in artifacts from the Corsairs. With that said, Rheinland is currently in the midst of great turmoil. Such a state maybe perfect for cultivating a cardamine dependency. I'd like you to reach out to anyone you believe would be suitable to act as a redistributor for the region... Oh, one more thing. Add relics to the list of what we sell. The Chysanthenums have already managed to move a few of the relics, but the monopoly of Hogosha seems difficult to crack.
Cyrene, after the report of strange weapons being used by the Bounty Hunters spotted by Carlos in Kusari, it concerns me that there maybe a new weapons manufacturer operating in Sirius that we are not aware of. I'd like to know who is making these weapons and if we should, perhaps, invest in some ourselves. Oh, one more thing. I would like to know who is winning in Rheinland, and what else is happening down there. If you need to, recruit some informants to relay the information, I know the journey to Rheinland is troublesome.
Regards,
Rodrigo Diaz Coalición Imperial Maltesa
Furthermore, I am of the opinion that Crete should be destroyed.
To: All Marshals, CC: Visage From: Garcia Ortega Source: Planet Malta, Omicron Alpha Subject: People where they don't belong
Well, here's the ordeal... I was flying around Alpha, minding my own business. Then I see someone pop up on my scanners. A sabre flying in orbit of Malta, not unusual, but they had scrambled their identifier. So I asked them to identify themselves, they proclaimed to be Queen of Scotland... Whatever that is.
Either way, they were making light of their trespasses into Outcast territory, and a scan of their ship revealed they were also using the guns of strange origin that we've been noticed Bounty Hunters use. The scrambled identification, and them attempting to maintain secrecy confirmed my belief that they might be an unwelcome reconnaissance unit.
I engaged the ship, wanting to remove the filth from Alpha. The fight was not easy on my darling, and I couldn't say who should have won. But we were interrupted by two Bounty Hunters. They firstly targeted me, and I had to for a moment, avoid fire from three ships. I would say this confirmed my point that the ship was a recon unit, until both Hunters turned on it and chased it into the atmosphere of Malta.
I attempting to strike out at the Hunters while they were preoccupied, it was rude of them to interfere with my fight. Once the unidentified vessel escaped into Malta, the Hunters then turned to me. Remarkably, they showed some restraint and engaged me one at a time. I would love to claim the first Hunters destruction, but in all honesty he was playing too fast and too loosely with his ordinance that it backfired and cost him his ship. The other one was more experienced, my fight with him took over ten minutes and if it were not for the damage my ship had already taken; the loss of my ammunition and weapons. I am sure I would have taken him too.
But, alas, I had to fallback.
While that bounty hunter deserves to be shot for his interference, and shot again for trespassing, and shot a third time for allowing the sabre to escape. I fear we may have a greater problem with said ship now hiding on Malta.

Buongiorno!
Commanders of the imperial band. Firstly, I'd like to emphasise how bad of an idea it is to kill the messenger. Secondly, I'd like to thank you for my promotion. I must admit that this was totally unexpected. That does not mean i'm not greatfull, of course. Pardon my delayed response, I'm still considering my transfer options...
We have failed our yesterday's assignment. Together, with signore Garcia, under a watchful eye of signora Alana, we ventured deep into omicrons in hopes of establishing a direct contact with Core vessels, in order to reach whatever high command they seem to follow. This was, of course, motivated by a cryptic binary message we have recieved from said organisation.
To everyone's surprise, we ... failed to encounter any ships of The Core fleet. Not a single patrol, not even a contracted supply ship. Nothing... Si dice sempre il lupo più grande che non è?!
On a more positive note, we managed to successfully intercept a spacecraft owned by Bounty Hunters Guild.... right in the middle of our Homeworld! Ship was identified as "Sagitta", Guild's space superiority fighter presumed destroyed due to failed re-entry at Planet Malta. The fighters was, naturally, obliterated by our patrol. We also managed to capture it's Flight data recorder. The black box is being shipped to the HQ right now, as we speak, for your convenience. Files below should also give you clear picture of our encounter.

Forgive me for bothering you with such a bulls*it, Rodrigo, but I can't seem to get any reliable information here. I had three bloody calls from Carceri last hour. What's with our "Colosseum" on Zamora? Is it finished? Is it about to be finished?! Has the construction started yet?!
Alberto Cortina

To: Alberto Cortina, Alana Leoz From: Rodrigo Diaz Source: Planet Malta, Omicron Alpha. Subject: Zamora Station
Buenas Diaz, Amigo.
Inform Carceri that Zamora hit some snags. And by that I mean Corsairs.
They retaliated against us for destroying their station within Knossos, Zamora was targeted and took damage from the assaults. Thankfully, the Corsairs don't mix well with asteroids.
While we are talking about Zamora, it could do with upgrading. We need expanded cargo capacity, living space and more specialized areas, and now the mongrels from Gamma have found it we also need to consider doubling its defences. Bristol has so far worked well, as have GC runners. Both can be used again, Si?
Cortina, if you would. Get some more specifics about what Carceri needs for her Colosseum, and hand it over to Leoz.
Leoz, I'm patching you into this so you can approach them both with material orders.

To: Rodrigo Diaz, Alana Leoz From: Alberto Cortina Source: Planet Malta, Omicron Alpha Subject: RE: Zamora Station
Buenos Dias,
The snags, huh? Don't worry. The Assembly got your back on this. Eradication of that insult of an installation was a proper business decision, especially now. However, expanding our poor little Zamora is a no-go right now. Our coffers are already dwindling even without any help of outside contractors. Also, our supply of Knossos' specialty is not in sufficient quantity to be called even a single load. I'd say it's time to make use of what we've managed to achieve and start digging.
About the "Colloseum". Got some news, finally. Apparently, the compartment intended as the arena's shell seems to have been finally assembled and pressurised, but there's still a lot of work to do. As you probably have guessed we'll need some extra supplies. Preferably off-world sources. Take a look at our list below:
- 2000 units of Optronics - We'll need that to assemble our own array displays. The pre-fabricated ones available on the market are just too small. - 3000 units of Ship Hull Pannels - That's for the gladiator pit itself. We wouldn't want the gunfire to blast trough the wall and hit other compartments, would we? - 2400 units of Consumer Goods - Or furniture, to be precise. I'm talking seats, tables, stair handles. - 250 units of Luxury Consumer Goods - Same stuff, just for the VIP lounge. - 500 units of Neon - Yes, for the signs and labels.
Let's keep it at that, for now. Call it stage one if you wish. After the Colloseum itself is finished, we'll still have to fetch a few commodities for it's grand opening.

Amigo,
Our revenue streams have hit a bump with runners being re-routed due to the precarious situation in Tau-31. I do not expect this current situation to last more than a few days.
Once the runners begin to return within the new schedule we should no longer have trouble with credits.
We are expecting Bretonia to resume its hostilities now it has moved a battlegroup into the Taus, we are expecting the Enclave to also react to this move. With any luck, they will will realize the folly of their ways and back down. If not, we should look for a more permanent re-routing path for the runners.

To: Rodrigo Diaz, Alberto Cortina From: Alana Leoz Source: Planet Malta, Omicron Alpha. Subject: Material request.
Hola,
I'll see what I can do about the materials required, i'll get in touch with Bristol and the Gen'an cell and see if they can't help us out again.
As for your previous request about breaking into the Rheinland market, I doubt it's something we'll be able to conceivably do anytime soon. I'll keep an ear to the ground for any potential openings but I can't promise much unless we start dealing with the Unioners. I've heard mixed things about them of late and it will upset certain parties within Liberty, I doubt its a large enough market to be worthwhile for the moment.
To: Alana Leoz, CC: Marshals From: Garcia Ortega Source: Planet Malta, Omicron Alpha Subject: Zoner Group Phoenix.
Hola, señora.
Saverio and myself spotted a Zoner Whale transporting cargo through Omicron Alpha. Naturally we escorted him through Outcast space, not wanting to piss on the eses who trade supplies with us but not wanting to let them have free reign.
Anyway... These Zoners identified themselves as the Phoenix group, and they're building a colony station nearby in Omicron Sigma. The Zoners named Dassler seemed like he could be one of their more important members, he captained the transport identifying as "(\^/)Orontes". I thought he and the group might be something worth getting in touch with officially.
