I bid you good day. As you are likely aware from the reports of your intelligence, our small endeavour with the proclamation of the Barony of Languedoc has failed and backfired on us in the form of the Confederates willing to stop any our operations by demanding an ungrounded and ill-based fine of 1 billion credits as well as attempting to nationalise our enterprise akin to communists. Obviously, this does not speak well for the Confederates, but we did not have either the resources to fight the whole of Gallia, or the willingness to cause the population of Quillan to be caught in the fight for power yet again. We decided to gracefully leave Quillan and Languedoc and now we are addressing this plea to you.
I, Fabian Montluc, Baron de Uxeau, Chevalier, solemnly plea the Royal Enclave to let me, my family, the employees of Montluc Advanced Engineering, and the loyal fugitives from among the civilian population of Quillan to set foot on planet Bordeaux and situate there a city to harbour us. I have never ceased to be the loyal subject of le Roi, His name thrice blessed, and I vouch for the people I bring along. We pledge to assist the population of Bordeaux to build infrastructure with our recent developments in the field of civil engineering. We would aslo like to officially request to rebuild the station of Kerguelen Brittany or Aquitaine to resume the construction of civilian ships for the benefit of the Enclave and to sell them to other parties deemed appropriate.
At the same time, I wish to inform you that we wish to continue our struggle for Languedoc the population of which proved acceptable to the institution of the Barony of Languedoc, making our claims just and legitimate. To that end, we will deliver news via already established Uxeau News Network and instigate political unrest and show to the people of the whole Gallic Confederacy what their government truly is.
I should also notify you that our ulterior objective as of now is the exploration and colonisation of neighbouring to Gallia systems. We have the expertise in ship construction and we have loyal research crew needed to carry our distant astronomical survey of the neighbouring stars and planets. Should we find a suitable one and construct a ship capable of reaching it, we will attmpt to construct a temporary fabric-piercing anomaly generator to allow our colony mission to reach the system. There we will found an independent Gallic state loyal to the King that will voluntarily join the Kingdom once the rightful rule of His Majesty is restored. We believe and independent proxy state would eventually benefit the Enclave economically and politically. In the meantime, you shall have our resources and ingenuity to assist in your current matters.
Je vous prie d’agréer l’expression de mes sentiments distingués,
Baron Fabian Montluc

Monsieur,
What a fine addition to our conversation few days back. Your background and attainments are more than convincing to be allowed to work in Gallic Hébrides, as you were invited. I am pretty sure the other commanders wouldn't mind your operations either, as I pointed out, lack of civilian specialists is costing us dearly. You will have every support from La Maréchausée, as long as your actions are meet with the interest of Kingdom and our war efforts. I hope that you will be able to get your people into safety soon, a lot of Confederacy agents are former Council terrorists, so I wouldn't be surprised if they will target civilians. I also will be sure to coming back to our private channel in coming days and will talk with you there, until then, Baron.

Bonjour, Baron.
I believe we haven't talked in person yet. I am Colonel Maximilian Saint-Just, representing the Enclave Defense Board. According to the reports, the Enclave's cooperation with your company has been most fruitful so far. This makes the news of your forced exodus from Quillan even more unfortunate. We were hoping to have one more reliable ally in Gallia. However, I'm not surprised; you aren't the first noble who had to leave the old Kingdom that is being ripped apart by vultures as we speak.
On behalf of the Royal Enclave and our forces, it is my pleasure to grant your request. Your stated plans and objectives align with the Enclave's, so we shall provide whatever support we can. We hope that your corporation's contribution and ingenuity shall help the Enclave achieve true greatness.
Just on a side note, I suppose it is a stroke of luck that one of our joint projects still remains safe in Aquitaine. Had it been towed to Kerguelen as originally planned, it could have been lost to the Confederal traitors. Now that there is no facility to tow it to, we'll have to work out a new plan. That can be done via the private channel we used for that matter.
In service to the Crown,
Colonel Maximilian Saint-Just
It is my pleasure to find understanding with the honourable representatives of the Enclave. It is my firm belief that you shall succeed in the restoration of the Kingdom, and we shall assist you in this undertaking.
At the moment we commenced the construction of a town on Bordeaux and are installing all the equipment we unmounted and brought from Languedoc. The civilian population feels a bit threatened yet amazed by the verdant local wildlife. Our priority as of now is raising strong walls and energy field around the colony. I suppose, there would be no ill if I called it Uxeau-de-Bordeaux, to keep the tradition and for information warfare purposes. We want to be honest to UNN viewers, so the news will still be coming from Uxeau, technically. I believe there would also be no ill for us to practice the laws we drafted for the Barony of Languedoc locally in the scope that applies to planet-based life. It would allow us to see which laws are good for implementation and which ones are to be amended. Of course, all this will be in line with the legal guidelines of the Enclave, should the latter deem appropriate to provide those.
In the meantime, we will also continue stellar construction. We have a plan regarding the observatory in Brittany, and possible deployment of a shipyard in Aquitaine system. Following this initial infrastructure deployment, we will proceed back to our join project you are referring to, Monsieur Saint-Just, and we will look into the projects addressed to us by Mademoiselle Dior, namely the investigation of the state of planet Toulouse, as well as upgrade of sensor network for Roussillion battlegroup.
We are thrilled to build better future for Gallia with you.
