Good day,
it appears that this is already the second occurence within a short period of time that your forces fought together with ours to achieve victory agains the Navy and other intruders.
Though we're not sure what your stance on Hellfire warships interfering in our territory is, we're glad you did not interfere.
Dealing a blow against the Navy and their hired hunters is a much more important act. I've read the report of the Morningstar's group fighting alongside you to a similar outcome.
It would be foolish to not capitalise on that. There is far less distrust between our subordinates than there was over a year ago.
Liberty's military machine is no longer stuck in a war with Gallia and while weakened they are already rebuilding. Scouts found two Mitchell-class battleships have been completed already.
We will need a strong and coordinated force to not crush under this new pressure. None of us are closer to achieving our goals of pushing the current governments forces back.
For a better Liberty, I ask to coordinate and where our goals align, work together.
I await your response and offer to meet me and a delegation of my officers in person should you so wish.

I have always recognized your battlegroup as having its uses. Simply put, the Navy intends to flatten us both out at some point. And though many of my pilots might have respect for their former protectors in the Navy, the only reason they haven't turned our installations into modern art is because there's too many zones of contention.
There is no way for the a fleet to comfortably concentrate on the South because it would leave the North vulnerable. The inverse also applies, so whether your people have liked us or not, we've always been doing each other this favor of denying the enemy the valuable opportunity of being able to focus. Regarding Legion warships that are unable to understand that Bering isn't Vespucci, you've seen what our stance is. We aren't going to take their side when we know they're wrong. If we had a formation of bombers in the area then I'd have ordered them to fire on the Arbiter and assist you directly.
In the interest of preserving this balance and of course for the sake of Liberty, I'll agree to meet with you and whatever delegation you deem necessary. Pick a venue, preferably neutral ground. Though I have no problem holding it on your flagship if you can bring it up North as a gesture of goodwill. For future reference, I'm Squadron Commander Morreti.
I am to report to you the arrival of the Harmony in Ontario. We've entered orbit around Planet Sudbury. All escorts are standing by outside of visual range.
Please if you intend to approach with any large vessel of your own do so in advance. All personnel is on high alert and you've seen the vessels capabilities at a distance.
I do not mean to threaten you. We have fought together before. I just wish to return to return to the defense of our territory as soon as possible and without incident.

Quicker than I anticipated. That's not a bad thing. And no, I have no intention of flying an equally large boat out to confront you with. Hold your position and my own 'delegation' will arrive in the hour. I'll be among them. Your ship is the venue, but the territory is ours. Meant to be symbolic of cooperation, suppose someone can appreciate that.
The likelihood of an ambush by forces hostile to us both is also quite low, Ontario is a backwater, even more so after Alberta went up in smoke. You're relatively safe here, and even in the event of uninvited guests, we're more than capable of appropriately deterring them by way of particle disassembly. So be rest assured that this won't take long and you aren't in any immediate danger.
