As per the request of the ESRD earlier today, I am enclosing a report that was submitted to the SIS some weeks ago (and promptly lost until agent Statham found it). It pertains to the LSF and Liberty in general, therefore, since the ESRD requested to view it, I am attaching it here.

Director Steiner,
Apologies for the late response. Somehow your message was buried by a few other pressing matters.
Thank you for contacting us as per our request on our report. As for our operative reported in Leeds, at the time we were doing a survey of our old front system to survey the status of the system and evaluation of our collateral from the war and re-construction efforts. There are no operations military in nature, however we were taking account of the status of our losses in the system, especially from Battlegroup Ottawa.
As for the LSF, you have to understand that despite our cooperation with them they are an independent agency and that we cannot give you an answer in their name, you would have to get into contact with them by yourself.
In any case, going back to our topic, I believe it would be beneficial for our organizations to establish a channel of communication. That is for any matters and information that could be shared with one another without violating each other's operational premisses.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Elisabeth DeGrange
