my name is Alexander von Wolf, representative of the Abfallentsorgung.
I'm contacting you today about lifting the ban of [ALG] vessels entering Bretonia. While we are aware of the history and actions that happened in the Omega-3 system, I still think, both the Kingdom of Bretonia and the Abfallentsorgung could benefit from lifting this ban.
It's obvious to us, that you won't lift it without any compensation, therefor I'm asking you, if you are interested into working something out with us. If that is the case, I would open up this transmission to President Erich Stohl of the Abfallentsorgung for further diplomatic actions.
The Bretonian Government has elected to reject your petition to re-enter Bretonia on the grounds that we do not trust [ALG], particularly when considering the events at Aland which involved not only the IMG, but the RHA and Gallic intelligence forces as well. To invite a hostile group into Bretonia then is, at very least, most unwise.
However we appreciate the courtesy of your message.
To tell the truth we expected tying up this "loose end" to merely be a formality. On account of your extraordinary response the matter has been escalated to my office. Do you seriously mean to tell us that our ships are forbidden from your territory, after the construction of Belvedere Refinery and the successful negotiation of the largest cleanup operation ever envisioned in Sirius? We are of course aware of our organisations' fundamental differences but we have agreed to build a working relationship. Does a Bretonian's word count for nothing these days?

We apologize for not being clear sir, what we mean is that ALG Waste Disposal (The organisation that owns Belvedere Refinery) is free to enter and conduct business within Bretonia's borders.
The subsidiary agency, [ALG] (The group that sided with Hessians and attacked Bretonia) is not.
You may consider it a 'formality', it may surprise you to learn however, that Bretonia takes a dim view of people who take up arms against her. It should, of course be noted, that we are amenable to changing our position upon receipt of adequate reparations and guarantees Against future unlawful conduct.
Your clarification is appreciated. However I am very curious to hear which other "subsidiary" of our organisation is operating in Bretonia under these terms.
Secondly, I can tell you now that payment of "reparations" incurred for coming to the defence of our ally in the face of blatant aggression is totally out of the question, not in the least because we repudiate the characterisation of the operations around Aland as "illegal conduct". We rejected and continue to reject Bretonia's occupation of the Omega-3 system as illegitimate. However, rest assured that we certainly do not anticipate any future hostilities - as far as we are concerned that particular chapter in our history is closed. We intend to move forward in a pragmatic and businesslike manner with the job at hand. But we will not betray our principles.

Herr Stohl,
Your organisation's behavior during the Aland Affair was most improper for a profit-generating enterprise. Actions like the ones you took are more the province of governments than corporations. Governments have allies, corporations do not. Corporations have mutually-beneficial partnerships that last only as long as they remain mutually beneficial. As long as your subsidiary remains wholly unrepentant for its improper, unprofessional behavior, we are forced to maintain our stance on this matter. Your subsidiary will remain barred, on pain of arrest and detention, from entry into Bretonian territory (including the fully Bretonian system of Nottingham) until such time as your management is suitably contrite.
No further communications are required before that time.

Percy Wilkinson
