Dr Kelsen,
My associates and I have noticed the problems the Imperial Party struggles with. While political support isn't in our organization's repertoire, we think we could help eachother out. Especially on evading the nuisance Direktor Enfield and his merry band represents.
If the message grabbed your attention, feel free to reply. The channel is secure, so nobody will hear of it who isn't supposed to.
We thank you for contacting Dr. Kelsen. The Generaldirektor is always willing to meet with his constituents or potential business partners in order to listen to their pleas, issues or propositions. However, I am sure that you will understand that for potential scheduling and security purposes we will first require more information about you and your organisation.

Dr Kelsen, Ms Sehlmann.
My associates are very.... private persons. You may understand, that they do not wish to reveal themselves, until they are more sure who the other players are, in this situation. Let it say, that they do not agree the behavior of most of the Marineintelligenz, especially the way they act as the private police of the FedCon-UDF.
And of course Chancellor Neumann and his little tirades to force the brets out of the omegas could end up in a war... Something we'd very much like to avoid, if possible. As that would provide certain other players, like the beloved Anna Heinrich more room to navigate, which is fairly catastrophic.
For myself, I'm something you may call a "fixer". For example, I've got certain tools, that would prevent something like the unforutnate incident of Mr. von Claussen. Or to make sure your private communications remain private.
We are sorry to inform you that Dr. Kelsen is unable to meet with you as he is currently in the House of Liberty undertaking a tariff negotiations. If you have any information about wrongdoings of the Marineintelligenz, please contact the relevant authorities within the Rheinland Federal Polizei and the parliamentary committee for intelligence oversight.
