My name is Jess Doe, I am the CEO of Deep Space Engineering and the founder of the United Hope Foundation.
The United Hope Foundation is a private, non-profit corporation primarily funded by Deep Space Engineering located on Planet Pittsburgh. We provide each Client (be it a former slave or a refugee) a secure environment to recover from the issues such as post traumatic stress syndrome, refugee displacement, being held as a slave, and narcotic addictions. A number of years ago, we were watching Leeds with some interest as Gallia began to push further into Bretonian space. We stepped in to assist in relocating the displaced people on planet Leeds. While this was a successful outcome at the time, the relocation to planet Pittsburgh was only ever intended to be a short term solution. The war has been over for some time now, and it is time to return Bretonian citizens home.
I am looking to you for assistance in this; after all, you are far more experienced in the movement of people than we are. We have discussed the options with the Bretonian Government, and Planet Exeter is the preferred location. As I am aware that transporting anything comes with its costs, if you are willing to assist, I am willing to offer offer a subsidy of 5100 credits per person that arrives safely. While we have our own preferred security fleet, should you choose to use your own, we are willing to come to an agreement on the charges there as well.
The following information has been attached for you to view at your leisure.
Captain Jonathan Seabourne here, Chairman of the Board of Directors for OS&C and head of our White Star Lines division which handles publicity (yes, I wear many hats, a feeling I'm sure you know well). I just got back on the grid after transporting the first batch from Pittsburgh to Exeter (the ice fields do something to Breezewood's long range comms) so I am in the pleasantly awkward situation of reading this letter after having already finished my first run! OS&C was at Leeds at the start of the evac, and it is an honor to be able to be here at the end. Breezewood itself doesn't need the credits, though other captains may require compensation to keep their ships going. It's good to see Liberty corporations working together to meet the needs of the people. Between Captain Cross and myself, we got 6,000 of the poor souls to Exeter, so you're over 10% of the way there. Between evacuating Kusari nationals to Honshu and taking these homesteaders to Exeter, Breezewood's certainly making a lot of unusual ports of call today!
Regards,
Jonathan Seabourne

I do apologize in the delay of getting this letter to you. There was a little mix up in the post where it would seem the contract was sent before the introduction. However, I am pleased to hear from you.
I am impressed at the speed you responded to this call for help, and we all are grateful that you are more than willing to help in the relocation efforts for these individuals. As you said, you were there at the beginning, you will have an understanding of what many of these people have seen and what they have been through. We appreciate your assistance in making sure they are returned to their new homes on Planet Exeter in Bretonia.
It is always a pleasure working with you, and I look forward to many more business ventures in the future.
