Sun smiles at the answer "Then you are already on your way, if you are content. I shall tell you about the four noble truths and ask you what is your interpretation of them" She pauses pouring out more Tea for the both of them "The first is Duḥkha, Suffering, meaning that all forms of being, human and otherwise, are afflicted with suffering. What do you think of this, Donna Loyola?"
Sun stares at her as she pinches her nose, she chuckles a little "No, suffering in the mental way either through wants or fears" she doesn't once try to get Loyola to let go of her nose.
Sun just does another one of her peaceful smiles "Love and hatred, happiness and family strife, peace and war, follow each other in mental pain. The pain of reality is also the pain of the mind, and the only way to fix the pain of the mind is to talk on them and accept that pain within you. You can only change yourself if you commit fully to moving past what pains you so deeply" She states serenely.
