Bonjour Outcasts. Our two factions have had trade between us going for a few years now, but Les Salopards have not met you yet. My name is Chantal Proulx and we are based out of Narbonne Base in Languedoc. Because we seem to be the biggest Brigand group in Gallia at this moment, I will be handling the diplomacy between us. Whatever trade agreements previous groups made between us I would like to re-examine and rewrite if needed, specifically relating to your drug.

Hola, Señorita Proulx,
The idea of breaking into the Gallic market is enticing, i'll admit. I'm not aware of any previous agreements between us and the Brigands - that isn't to say there weren't any, but there isn't any easily accessible record of them.
We'd like a reliable distributor within Gallia. What is your proposal?
Whatever deal between Legion Des Damnes and the 101st seems lost in time. But I recall there being one, which seems to have some effect since you can occasionally find cardamine within Gallia. And from my understanding of your drug, once somebody has it they're a repeat customer for life. Those are customers we intend to keep within our grasp.
If your records don't come up with anything then I suppose we can begin negotiations from scratch. Obviously we are interested in your cardamine, and we have various goods we can offer in exchange. Nox, Promethene, Hypotainment Bands, Human Organs, Samarium, whatever may grab your attention we can get.
We just want exclusive import rights and have a few rules if we were to move forward with this. And we want whatever other groups in power in on the deal as well. Just as a precaution, so there's no misunderstandings.

Señorita Proulx,
I understand your need to have a deal with 'other groups in power' but that would be down to them on a personal basis, I can only speak for our own merry band unfortunately.
Our plantations are always looking for new members of their workforce, and we'd be more than happy to give you cardamine in return for their delivery to Malta, any sort will do, we're more than capable of getting them working. Otherwise we'd rather only deal in credits and are more than happy to offer a fair price.
We're willing to sell to anyone who wishes to distribute our product, but, exclusive rights are an interesting thing to request - we don't offer this to any of our current business partners. There's no reason it couldn't be discussed in future, provided you prove reliable at moving it. Having it sat in a warehouse in Gallia is not useful to us, you understand?
I hope you didn't think I was implying anything with my comment about 'those in charge.' I just meant that I want all of your people to come to the same agreement we do. "Workers" in Gallia can be a bit of trouble to find outside of prisoners of war. We would be willing to bring some, but they wouldn't come cheap. But if you are not interested in any of our goods, credits talk. We can buy directly from your home and take it from there.
For import rights, we cannot budge on the exclusivity part. We have a tight grip on the Gallic market so we know it best. Taking your drug to the wrong stations could crash the market completely instead of growing it. I think you can guess why this would be a problem. But I think we could have one concession, letting your transports come to Brittany and Lorraine to our bases. And only those bases, our dock masters can direct the drugs where they need to go from there. I'm sure you know that our friends in Gallia aren't very fond of you and if they see you in their territory it could cause problems. It's easier for everyone if we do it the local way, right?
Mademoiselle Loyala,
We can bring you Nox, that is not a problem. Though I hope your family would follow whatever agreement we come to with your Imperial friends, just to keep the shipments running smooth. As for the l'Ane, we started selling them on the market en masse, you don't need to worry about that. Our other ships are a different story though.
To: Chantal Proulx From: Alana Leoz Source: Planet Malta, Omicron Alpha. Subject: Business.
Señorita Proulx,
Surely your raiders plunder the crew from ships as well as cargo? If not, now's a good time to start!
As for import rights - Say a second group of Brigands approaches us, I would not be inclined to lock them out of the market over you at this particular moment in time as I have no idea how reliable you are.
I have what you need, bring me what I need and I will give it to you.
Oh wait, I actually found the transmission. {::HERE::}}. I did not steal anything, I am not a thief. I need no other ships, I need Nox, make sure you deliver it as fast as possible. If you supply me with it stably I am sure we will have a much better deal with what you would be able to pull out with ImpCo. But whatever you come up with, I don't care to be honest. Don't mind I mean. Support friendship between Outcasts and Brigands.
I want to know the time of arrival of my Nox shipment. First things first.
By exclusivity rights I meant us Brigands as a whole, not just Les Salopards. I don't intend to kick my brothers in arms out of the market we all have a stake in. If any other Brigands come to you, consider them to fall under our side of the deal. Besides that, we'll bring you what you want.
Mademoiselle Loyala,
I wasn't accusing you of anything, just pointing out that there aren't issues with the l'Ane as we sell them on the open market. You can expect one of our ships at Malta with your Nox shortly. All I ask for this is to hold a hard border with Brittany and Lorraine, the same thing I asked of the Imperials. We don't want to complicate things if your pilots and the Corse start fighting in our turf.
Border and systems? What? I am losing track okay, let me like open the map and see... Languedoc and ***** uh Lorraine. We operate there but won't go deeper. Not like I want us to go deeper.
Now please deliver NOX to Euskal Herria region of MALTA, Loyola family manor. Ask locals once you get there, in Euskal Herria everyone knows where my home's at. I pay double. Please bring it faster because it's getting worse.
