Sad to say this was 100% a fresh Install. and made sure to also uncheck the Bloom.
Not 100% what ISO I used, will try another ISO unless I can find my Disk lol
Note, other accounts have been working just fine. Not sure why Some work and others do not, was cpntacted by Staff and said that all ships check out fine with no Corruption.
