Peoples of Sirius, you have heard the rumors, spoken in hushed tones in Freeports around the sector. Rumors of relations between the Outcasts and the Nomads. I would imagine most of you have written them off as fantasy, just as I had, but I have found new evidence of a link between them. It seems that in their losing fight against the AFA, the Outcasts known as the SOB, think it would be wise to call in, as they call it, "Their little blue friends." Hessians, Mollies, Rogues, do you really want to be allied with a group that would befriend the Nomads, and help them attack all of humanity? I would hope that you, although my enemies, would understand the great danger posed by the nomad threat, and would not want to support this connection. I, though, hold little say outside Kusari, but I feel it is my moral duty to bring this evidence to the people of Sirius, do with it what you will.

***Re: ...Honestly, Isn't This Getting A Bit Old?***
Allegations of our relations with Nomadic entities are greatly exaggerated. The Maltese nation is well aware of these allegations and finds them quite humorous, as the captain of the Shadow Outcast Brigade Battleship Iron Maiden has demonstrated on multiple invasions. While I'm sure he'd enjoy feeding you to the Nomads (which would be amusing in its own morbid way, though we're not sure that any Nomad specimens actually consume human flesh), I can assure you that allegations of our supposed alliance with these entities are wives tales, shameless propaganda spread by our cannibalistic cousins from the South and their minor lackeys, many of whom are less-than-willing. Further questions should be directed in writing to my Public Relations secretary.

We. I. Just. Buaahahahaa! Luisa! Come check this out!...
Buahahahahahahahahahha! Little..Blue..Haaah friends? Just..Oh god. Can't breathe!
Riight. Well. Yes! I'm a Nomad hugger! We have these huge pluche animals they gave us during our last summer festival! Give us a break, PLEASE. How'd we even talk to the buggers? Just cause they put flowers on father's grave doesn't mean we worship, or let alone ally with the little blue and purple flies! Do you date -your- undertaker? Just felt like sharing that Sarah!
Yet another proof that the Outcasts deals with forces of greater evil in order to achieve their own evil goals. As "nicely" put by a certain Outcast-director, claiming that Ambassador Ze'ev Barak was informing of this scandal for the sole purpose of propaganda is nothing more but a pathetic lie. Infact, if anyone is spreading propaganda it is you - Outcasts. Knowing at hand that these accusations are based on truth, you respond with nothing but mad laughter as you aren't able to counter them with logical answers.
Suspicions which might lead to further investigations have already been set in motion by two leaders that are "allied" to your Brotherhood of Evil.
Perhaps it is time to fully reconsider if these worshipers of evil are indeed co-operating for the best of your interests: Hessians, Rogues and Mollies.
