==================== Type: Systems Bug: Bretonian Privateer restart is wrong. ====================
Currently the Bretonian Privateer restart (BrPrivateer) restarts on Battleship Suffolk, which was destroyed during the Gallic War. As such when undocking from the Suffolk the player finds themselves above New London. This should probably be moved.
Also, the restart and Rephacks should probably be revisited as well. Currently they appear to be locked to hate the BIS (-0.70), however the BIS are set to no less than 0.30 towards the Bretonian Privateers according to the Mactan rep pages, and FLStat shows them as being neutral. During the Gallic War they assisted the BIS, even providing the Liner Verwood at one point, so at the very least they should be neutral. The rep page for the QCP (Queen Carina's Privateers)while old also would appear to imply that they are on good terms. Also I would expect the Bounty Hunter's Guild to be dislike/untrusted (-0.55) but not outright hated, which would be in line with what the QCP shows, whereas Mactan shows it locked at -0.70 as well.
Per my understanding, the Privateers, under Sir Andrew Stuart were formed in 815 AS, during the Bretonia-Kusari war, and continued through the Gallic war and didn't stop existing just because the war ended. As both wars are over, I would expect that their reps with Kusari/Gallia would be adjusted somewhat. I would still expect them to be hostile with the Gallic Royal Enclave, especially after the glassing of Leeds as they are still Bretonian citizens, even if they are pirates. I would expect their rep sheet to be mostly similar to the SIS/BIS factions, as they have a similar ZOI and mainly represent a more openly unlawful, albeit crown sanction, faction than the BIS/SIS so they lack the lawful authority inside Bretonian space.
Per the infocard for the Liner Verwood, it would appear that most of the Privateers would be based in the Omegas, as a staging point against the Coalition, Hessian, and Corsairs.
