Is there a chance at getting the PvE bonus added too? Only to participating IDs, of course, to prevent Outcast battleships camping the battlefield

About as active as any other Brigand faction :^) but i'm busy invading at the moment so the other players can choose what they want to do

It unfortunately doesn't differentiate between IDs and there are no Kusarian Languedoc missions (yet, I'm going to ask for it), so it'd be fairly one-sided in terms of moneymaking.
It might be possible in the close future, but not currently.

Kusari isn't invading the Brigands or the Maquis. Brigands and Maquis aren't front-line combatants between Kusarian and Gallic fleets in the blitz, hence they are not included in the event.
Nothing stops them from participating in fights, but the event is focused on the conflict between militaries & militia, not the fight between third parties/pirates.
I get that logic, but unlike say, Hessians or Blood Dragons, Maquis and Brigands are incredibly niche factions that could probably use logging incentives.
Sorry if this isn't the appropriate thread for this, but there's one thing about this invasion of Gallia that's baffling me. Perhaps, more than it should, but still.
Why is Matsumoto, a vessel designed specifically for securing positions with its strike craft, spearheading the attack on Lorraine? All the while Hamamatsu, the most advanced battleship in KNF geared towards aggressive frontline warfare "further from home", is guarding Tau-53? Shouldn't their roles be switched?

I am hoping we will be able to provide opportunities for this once/if the "beginning blitz" of the war ends.

It would be best to address that with the story developers & the official [KNF] representatives as they are the ones deciding these actions in Story Working Groups.
