Yanabayashi was added by request of BD| during the Uncharted Kusari event as a response to KNF moving Shokaku into Uncharted system. Currenty in responsible ownership of @Nerva Regis and Minamoto clan.
The latest roleplay done around it is dating back to july 2019.

Definitely gonna want to talk to the boys about this
It even got a canonized NPC base added to it like, less than a year ago
Yeah yo wtf, we SRPed the damn thing and everything. Retaining the lack of maintenance was part of the SRP. Do y'all just revoke SRPs for no reason now?
I somewhat agree with Thexare for as a fresh owner of one of these bases I am slightly worried about the fact that, even though the HP is still blazingly high, the base is not allowed to go beyond a core 1 and has a mere 3 slots for upgrades. Also, is there a reason for this change which I may have missed?
Many questions have been raised which the post does not explain in full yet I know I'm not known for my accuracy...

I thought that was Harmony?

I keep on hoping each night that GM Santa will crawl down the forums' chimney and deal with each outstanding thing while I sleep.
@Skorak 1. No, I will talk to someone more versed than I about this, unless you wish to spend time imparting your knowledge upon me; 2. These are technically core 1 bases so they technically count as core 1 for base rules, that state is prone to review; 3. To my knowledge yes; player bases subscribing to normal requirements and would have normal freedoms.
@Thyrzul A retrospective thank you to your foresighted "you're welcome"! I appreciate the summary. Owned derelicts is primarily what we were going for, here. There are definitely still some event leftovers we're going to continue to discuss. Thank you for the heads up on the non-derelict non-event bases, thankfully @Doc Holliday's mod status will mean I have unfettered access to harass them with questions. Haven't found the droids threads I'm looking for about it, yet.
@"NieRdackel" I looked through all of your posts in the player request and SRP sections and couldn't find anything relating to the invincibility. I did find requests for the ownership and subsequent rename. Do you know where I could find anything about that?
@Saronsen @Charo @Thexare Explicit "please remain calm" added to the post. Changes to Canberra Star City have been reversed and a link added to the SRP. I did note that normal FOW requirements were part of the request, but then waived. I'd suggest that making it an NPC base might be neater, but that will be the subject of less time-urgent discussion.
@"WPeregrine" @Kalhmera Found it! Link added. Changes reversed, for now. Implementation will be under review.
@"Celeste" Thank you for the information!
@Pennyfield It is the intent of the team that bases ought to subscribe to normal mechanics, so if you have to deal with normal wear and tear and vulnerability, you ought to be able to build it like a normal player base. Let us know if that isn't the case.
@Vitoniz30 @Lythrilux @Kalhmera It does seem to be, but I couldn't find a request relating to it. If anyone knows where that is, please let us know.

We have it as an NPC base, we were allowed to keep the SRPed POB as an extension for storage and whatnot. This may not have been properly documented when it was done, though, I don't know.
