Now that confuses me. If I am not horribly mistaken, it was part of the player request for ownership. Just to be certain, perhaps check the posts of the faction acc https://discoverygc.com/forums/member.ph...&uid=33960 ?
Thanks already for the feedback, I'll see if I can dig something up too.

The latest roleplay done around it is dating back to july 2019.
As it was mentioned - Yanabayashi is currently under the Minamoto Clan's Banners.
Regarding that uncharted event, there is also a Freeport - The Pioneer Freeport (I saw that it was not mentioned in the list).
Med Force General and Research - Belonged to me, but it was passed to Doc and MFE. (original request, I think in Nov 2018)
One of those liners, the one in Mu - is my shared RP with ORG/Overwatch. (original request, I think in Nov/Dec 2018)
The other one belonged to a person that stopped playing disco - and I had permission to use it - I honestly have no idea when I made the request.
I will update this if I remember any other Derelicts that were not mentioned.
as a great number of derelict bases have lost their 'invulnerability' AND are unable to go beyond a core 1 status I propose the following:
- Give these bases a 'Core-2' upgrade (with the upgrade slots) and thereby safeguarding them from the swift 'drive by-base-destruction';
OR
- Give these bases an number of extra upgrade slots (so they can both build units as to defend themselves and/or add storage to become more effective to use);
I think that making these bases more vulnerable is not perse a bad thing but then I also believe that converting them into 'sitting ducks' is counteractive to what is advertised as 'very rewarding' in the game. Some of these bases have the potential to boost the community interaction where it comes to trading, piracy, politics etc. so enabling the owners of such a base to gain some advantage could benefit all.
Find the balance for both those willing to maintain a (derelict) base (and who invest in RP while doing so) and those who oppose a base like this being there and who want it gone.
@Capt. Henry Morgan, I wrote it was reverted, and so it should be reverted. Please at least check it yourself rather than pass on second hand information. Now I have spent my time re-checking it and replying to you and it is still exactly where I left it when I reverted the changes.
I apologise for leaving everyone hanging. The bases listed will be temporarily made invulnerable and without maintenance again, until an implementation is sorted out that allows them to receive appropriate damage and upgrade like normal bases. When that's done, someone will post here again giving a week's notice of the coming vulnerability.
