Good evening friends,
Med Force Enterprises has recently been issued the keys to a research facility in Sigma-19. At this facility had been abandoned and nearly stripped of everything but it's life-support and anti-gravitational systems we are currently transforming into a fully functional research facility again.
As a research and development facility is nothing without its most important asset, the researchers, our HR department has hired 47 of the brightest to come and work at our facility. As I know that you have a spotless record of passenger and VIP transportation I would like to employ your services to have these bright minds reach our facility safe and sound.
The following passengers will be awaiting transport to Med Force Donryu RnD at Sector 2F in Sigma-19:
A special request is that all passengers undergo a security check of both themselves as their checked and carry-on luggage. Upon disembarking at the MFE research station there shall be another security check. Also, all passengers have been informed that boarding shall only be allowed when providing a medical safety form. Please instruct your personnel to refuse boarding whenever such a form is not presented at check-in.
Please send the invoice to my office at Med Force General-B in Omicron Theta. Should you have any more questions please don't hesitate to contact me directly.
My name is Debby Wittleman and I'll be your executive trip coordinator this evening. Please be aware that as a few of your pickup points are located within, or requiring travel though, otherwise less than peaceful space there will be an automatic surcharge of 3 million credits. Good afternoon Miss Wittleman,
Thank you for coordinating the transport so swiftly and detailed.
Everything seems to be in perfect order and I have informed the researchers to expect their itinerary from you as per your earliest convenience. In regards to the total sum of this booking I have just wired this to the account specified.
Even though your flight operators should have no problems docking at the Donryu station, I have instructed the loadmasters to add your 'OS&C|' tag to the list of allowed vessels just as the environment of the Donryu cloud can have quite the devastating effect on vessels waiting to dock. No point in lingering around I'd say. In the event your flight operators use vessels with a different ID/Tag than aforementioned please inform me as soon as possible so I can make arrangements accordingly.

Good afternoon Miss Wittleman,
Today I have been informed that the station in Sigma-19 is not nearly as ready as I had hoped it would be. For health and safety reasons I suggest that the researchers on your charters be diverted to our Med Force General-B station in Omicron-Theta.
That is quite alright, Orbital prides itself on being able to adjust to rapidly evolving conditions, fortunately as the main charter from Ames has yet to depart we were able to refile the flight plan. I'll handle notifying your guests personally of this change in plans. Please let me know if there is anything further!

Good Evening,
I am just pleased as punch to report the first 15 scientists arrived at Med Force General-B. Our flight was uninterrupted besides some minor traffic around Ames as we departed. As expected from any of our fine charter services here on the edge.
You may not be aware but we have recently opened a field office on Freeport 9, and even doubled our flight capacity to the edge. While we are happy to serve Med Force Enterprise with direct charter services I would be remiss if I didn't inform you of our recent foray into the Edge World. Especially as these regular flights to the Hawaii also connect to the Orbital Transit Network with regular service to all major Capitol Worlds of the Sirius Sector. Often at much more favorable rates than direct charter services.
Please also be aware I've spoken with the Pilot of your second group of travelers and they are still expected later today on schedule.
Regards,
Captain Boles

Orbitals Long Rang Array detected an incoming Ion Storm which would have delayed your passengers by another day. So I took the liberty of moving up the timetable for the OS&C|TE-Western.Zephyr to bring the last of your research team to Omicron Theta before the storm hits.
Make sure to batten down the hatches!

Good afternoon Miss Wittleman,
I can confirm that all scientists have safely arrived at the MFE General-B station and are undergoing their security checks and on-boarding. I was there personally when they disembarked and they all looked happy and elated even though the flight times changed because of the ion storm. I hope you haven't been spoiling them too much during the transfer for I wouldn't want them to leave for the next available cruise anytime soon.
Please be so kind to convey my appreciation to Captain Boles. His patience as well as his advise to contact your regional office in Omicron Theta for our next transportation requirements will certainly help us in the future.
Your service is exemplary and MFE will both recommend and make use of your services in the future.
