I had made it quite clear to you fellows that you are only welcome to trade in Puerto Rico if your ships bare the Junkers IFF.
However, I am appalled by todays reports from one of our Congressman of what he saw in the Puerto Rico system.
One of your members, identified as -[SC]-SSV.Cantankerous was not only sighted in Puerto Rico without an IFF, but he also flying a Salvage frigate!
These ships ONLY belong to purebreed Junker families, built up over several generations. One can conclude that the only reason Cantankerous was flying one was because he stole one as it was undergoing maintenance at Vieques shipyard.
As you can imagine, this has made us very angry.
If you wish to avoid your trade agreements in Puerto Rico from being revoked with added un-pleasantries, I suggest you seek to return this ship immediately.
I await your official response.

Salutations;
Puerto Rico is open for trade on the pretext that all vessels in transit respect who runs and maintains the stations, pays the guards and upholds the general logistics there. For this reason, up till now we have been on cordial terms. I wish it to remain so.
But I for one am very curious as to where you acquired this vessel. While we of the Congress offer no pretenses on owning Puerto Rico or reigning over the Junkers on any level, we do present a unified front on the defense of Junker property and population.
So tell me, in no uncertain terms: Where did you get that ship?
