President Director Burke,
I hope this message finds you well. I am Flotillenadmiral Siegfried of the Rheinland Federalist government. No doubt, you are aware of the situation currently unfolding in Rheinland, and the critical juncture in which we find ourselves regarding the future of the Republic. Such turbulent circumstances can be a rather lucrative opportunity for your company and for Liberty at large.
At present, we have stabilized our front lines along our fortified borders, and are looking to reinforce our strategic resource reserves. Granted, we have employed ALG, independent shipping contractors, and our in house "Federal Express" logistic lines to obtain supplies graciously made available by the Libertonian government - however, we recognize that infrastructure to and from Liberty from our main strongholds in Thuringia are abysmal.
My government is currently in talks amongst ourselves to formally request special economic zone status from Liberty, allowing participating Libertonian corporations unprecedented access and freedom from internal trade protectionist mechanisms within Federalist holdings. We would like to request your help in shoring up our trade infrastructure to streamline our supply lines to and from Liberty.
It seems, for the time being, that we are here to stay - and I believe that this can result in a mutually beneficial and highly lucrative venue for all involved.
I await your reply,
Sincerely
From,
Flotillenadmiral Kai Siegfried

Good Evening,
I appreciate you reaching out to me in regards to this potential future project. I can definitely see how rebuilding and or building new infrastructure to the Thuringia would be beneficial for both sides, though I feel this is a decision that should involve the Republic of Liberty as well, as this is a large undertaking, and would need their blessing as well when it comes to providing new routes from Liberty to our neighboring systems. I will patch them into this communication, and hopefully, they will have a moment to respond.
Once we can get any sort of confirmation from the Republic, then we can move forward with this project, depending on circumstance, of course.
I look forward to speaking with you again soon Admiral.

President Director Burke,
Your consideration is most appreciated - it seems my government is eager to begin a dialogue with the Republic of Liberty once the circumstances are right and the proper introductions can be made. Please let me know if there is anything can be done to facilitate the process of approval.
I await your reply,
Sincerely
From,
