The other day, as in, last month, one of our cargo vessels was stopped by a Buro vessel in Munich. While nothing illegal was found, nor were any laws broken, they were advised to contact the local government-in-exile in order to notify patrols of Cryer ship presence in the future.
Naturally, we would like to know what exactly is the point of concern here with our route through Munich, and by extension your territory, beyond the statement of the Buro vessel concerning Munich being a "warzone." We will provide the logs, though, please excuse our transport pilot's... Imperceptivity.
Otherwise, if there is a legal shift in the works concerning Munich (For example, travel restrictions), we would like to know, seeing as how this is distinctly relevant to our operations running smoothly.

[23.07.2020 23:41:58] BDM|U-66: What might you be doing in this system?
[23.07.2020 23:42:20] BDM|U-66: Please cut your engines.
[23.07.2020 23:43:22] BDM|U-66: Cryer vessel, you are to cut your engines and prepare for inspection.

[23.07.2020 23:43:31] /+\-Stable.Stabiline: K: Big whoops, sorry.
[23.07.2020 23:43:35] /+\-Stable.Stabiline: K: Had headphones in.
[23.07.2020 23:44:02] BDM|U-66: This is an active warzone area. Why are you here?
[23.07.2020 23:44:13] /+\-Stable.Stabiline: K: Because nothing gets in the way of shipments?
[23.07.2020 23:44:28] /+\-Stable.Stabiline: K: Unfortunately due to how our holdings are constructed, some of our routes tend to get a bit... Risky.
[23.07.2020 23:44:52] BDM|U-66: Where is this cargo headed?
[23.07.2020 23:44:56] /+\-Stable.Stabiline: K: Graves, sir.
[23.07.2020 23:44:59] /+\-Stable.Stabiline: K: In Dublin.
[23.07.2020 23:45:25] BDM|U-66: Your identity papers seem in order, and your cargo does not infringe on any of our laws at the moment.
[23.07.2020 23:45:37] /+\-Stable.Stabiline: K: Apologies for the inconvenience, sir.
[23.07.2020 23:45:59] BDM|U-66: However, your route is a bit problematic. Please register with our patrols before resuming your routes here.
[23.07.2020 23:46:06] /+\-Stable.Stabiline: K: Hrm. Alright.
[23.07.2020 23:46:41] BDM|U-66: Very well. You may proceed. Do be careful, the imperials are rather trigger happy.

Mister Ralph Bugler,
We thank you for your notification of intent to fly through Munich. As far as the Federal government is concerned, we have notified the relevant authorities regarding the regular transit of Cryer ships through active warzone space. We will, however, be delegating aspects of enforcement to KAM as their headquarters and fleets are in-system.

Greetings Mr. Bugler,
We are sorry for the delay in response time and hopefully this delay can be excused as we only just got forwarded your message.
I'm Generaladmiral Marggraf of Rheinland Kameraden, the current administrators of the Munich system during this troubling times. We are glad to have a Liberty corporation with such a great reputation as Cryer Pharmaceuticals get in contact in relation to checking their legality and of the general shifting political nature in Munich. Currently there is a lot of regulation changes that are occurring or will be occurring in the system in the upcoming months but none that would impede or legally trouble a corporation such as yours.
The Munich System is still currently following the majority of laws and regulations set by the Federal Republic of Rheinland prior to her collapse and we will be honoring all deals that were set prior to that date in relation to Cryer Pharmaceuticals. That means all trading of medical supplies and cargo such as: Organs, Stabiline & Synthetic Marijuana is completely legal for transportation by Cryer and her affiliates. We do wish to inform you that even though you are completely legal we are in a heighten state of security and our patrols will stop and ask your vessels to be inspected at the border stations. We do this to all passing traffic to stop the rampant increase of smugglers and human trafficking due to the vacant security in the neighboring systems.
If you have any more questions please reply directly to this system address as it'll be sent straight to my desk.
