It is easy to say when it is not your hours and hours of RP, economy calculation and pure effort went down the drain at a flick of a switch. Yes you can move POBs, but the fact doesn't change half of the reason of the base existing is now gone, half of the RP is reconned, not to mention the POB sits completely visible and vulnerable in the middle of Delta for everyone to see, when before it was very much shrouded by the nebula. If I was in that situation I would be completely demoralised to play any further at that point.
everyone in delta knew of those bases and how stupidly stacked they were anyway. Cause placing them beside two major ore points is not discreet at all.

Well it was a unique idea and fairly well executed. It brought non-PVE activity to the system and helped many new players earn some start up capital.
BTW, calling everyone who owns a POB dumb is very unbecoming.
I don't take a crap on your play style, so don't crap on mine or anyone else's.
Anyone trying to Add RP to the server should be lauded and supported. If other peoples play style is bothersome to you or anyone I would suggest either playing Vanilla or try the X series of games. There you can build (or destroy) all the bases you want and nobody's going to say boo about it.

You can build and destroy bases here too and it brings RP.

I mean those bases did actually make it worse to pirate in deltas ore fields so yeah. And as long as pob owners keep whining about stupid stuff imma call em dumb.

never said anything to the contrary. If somebody wanted to siege any POB and has good rp reasons to do so thats fine with me. Apparently DMC is being shot at by random nommies for reasons I cannot control or had any decision in. But being the good pup that I am I will patiently wait out the process to have it moved and hope that other people here will see that it really not very sporting to take advantage of someone smaller then you for reasons like this just to feel big about something.

in other way you have done great work with the graphics and how game looks after all.

Such position is what respected by community. I wish we would have more people adopting mindset like your.
Respecting each other gameplay and RP is important. I realy wish that both pob owners and siegers understood it. First have problems with realising that in most cases their base just dead weight for attackers, second often dont being fair about siege reasons, lying that there were variants to save it, saying "get over with it" while dont ready to get over it themselve.
Let me clear a bit more myself, it's not about bases, killing bases or just my case, not Delta only, seems some of you get me right, some not, the thing that hurts and kills is making someone's work and time mean nothing!
If you want some more detailed examples, here we go:
Let say someone is buying a ship (let's say CAP) farming money, bought ship - done, next step, equipment, - equip it with everything it needs, CAU VIII (Costs 850 mill) start flying around and shooting around, it's very easy to change the CAP, just in 5 minutes, sell the old one - buy the new one, re-equip with already having stuff - and then? Boom CAU VIII do not multiplies your base armor back on the track farming money for the new CAU.
Not the same if you have to fly 50-100-200k one way just to move a ship for a bit, it's not the same if you have something at 15k away and flying it 100 times and then you have to fly again 100 times for not just 15-20k and for 70k-80k or worst 100k or more, that multiplies the time... the time is money, right? the money is power, right?
it's not the same to earn 200 million in one hour and earn 2 bills to move bases and stuff , this math is simple, very simple.
What about instead of removing something and making it completely new... (let say just add Zeta and leave Sigma as its been) hm? lets say what about adding ships and reps and factions and systems and materials, ores or whatever, instead of removing and replacing and affecting everything and making the thing look like you have to start again from zero? think about that, and trust me some of you know me already, it's much easier to me to build tons of new bases and cheaper instead of moving olds, and i do not care about that, killing base or whatever it's just a game, i have defended some bases and i have offended some bases, but that's a different story...
and again i am very happy about what the GM's made from the original FL , thanks, it's about the way threating the things and players, their way, yes some are very good players , some are not, they keep learning. And no, it's not dumb anyone's idea until you do not wear his shoes, everything has a reason. i do believe there are so many affected zones and systems, it's not delta, i am giving it as an example which is fitting perfectly of everything i am saying. I know perfectly it's just a game that's why it's so easy to me to decide to leave or to give it a try or to keep it going..., once again, this post is not personal for this or that, this way affects everything and everyone, doesn't matter how it feels, i am giving idea, would be more fun, more easier, for everyone
the last one i will say is, it's in the human nature to destroy (how long takes to grown a tree and how long it takes to cut it?), well i prefer to grown trees instead of cutting them, as i need the air i breath and they make it cleaner. 1 is not equal to 5 nether to 10 or 50
