Note: These security regulations are developed for \*/~Enclave Defence Authority to assist with making decisions in the field. They are also available to other Enclave units. Due to the sensitive nature, the disclosure of these regulations to parties outside the Enclave military is considered an act of treason.
Any members of the Gallic Royal Enclave, regardless of their affiliation with particular unit.
Access Clearance
Only Enclave Forces are permitted in Enclave Territories. Vessels not belonging to the Enclave may be ordered to surrender their cargo (including scientific data). Afterwards, they can be detained or escorted out. Failure to comply will result in destruction of the vessel and arrest of the surviving crew.
Non-Enclave vessels may be admitted to Enclave Territories when accompanied by Enclave Forces. Permanent access clearance is negotiated with major branches of the Enclave Forces on a case by case basis. The list of allowed groups and individuals is below.
All neutral and hostile vessels entering the nebulae of Lausanne Complex (Zurich) and Evreux Research Facility (Orleanais) are a threat to our operations. Vessels admitted to Enclave Territories will be given one chance to change course. Otherwise, lethal force is authorized.
Modular Installations
Construction of modular bases in Enclave Territories and Enclave Protectorate is forbidden by default, and is negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Enclave forces are authorized to initiate removal of any base not listed at the attached list. Bases of hostile entities in the Area of Operations will be considered viable targets for offensive operations. The list of allowed stations if the following.
Contraband
The following cargo is to be considered contraband in the Enclave Territories and Protectorate, unless the transport belongs to Enclave Forces or is accompanied by it. Pilots will be asked to surrender the cargo to Enclave Forces or destroy it (unless they're transporting humans).

Enclave Forces will interdict trading vessels of the enemies of the Enclave in the entire Area of Operations, regardless of cargo. Depending on the circumstances, the captains of those vessels may be offered ONE of the following options, at the discretion of the interdicting officer:
A fine or tax appropriate to the cargo they're carrying.
Full or partial surrender of cargo.
An order to turn around and vacate the area.
The resources located in the Enclave Territories and Protectorate are considered the property of the Enclave. Illegal haulers will be ordered to surrender their cargo. Illegal miners, in addition to that, will be ordered to mine for the Enclave ships, if any are on site.

I. Hebrides Passage Permissions
This is the registry of the ships and organizations that are allowed passage through Aquitaine, Brittany, and Roussillon by the Enclave Defence Authority. The registry is available only to Enclave personnel, as a recommendation who is to be left alone. The reasons for being included in this list vary from party to party, and are not always disclosed, to avoid any information leaks. Disclosing them to anyone outside the Enclave is a punishable offense.
