Guten Tag,
In regards to our previous conversation, your installation is in violation of the following laws:
Imperial Law Wrote:§1. All modular bases within Rheinland have to be registered in the Modular bases registry before the construction begins. The registration fee is 50.000.000 SC. Each modular base is required to pay 50.000.000 quarterly fee to maintain its license. The first installement of license fee is to paid 3 months after the date of modular base approval in the registry.
§2. All modular bases have to be built in the distance of at least 10K from existing instalations and other solars.
As discussed, the fact that the installation is in very close proximity to Planet Holstein makes it an inexcusable offense, and therefore we must deconstruct the installation in question. I have decided, however, to waive the non-registration fee, in hopes that you will instead register your next installation here, with considerations to the requirements stated in the laws of Rheinland, which can be found here.
Finally, please evacuate all personnel from the current installation. Lives need not be lost over a simple misunderstanding.
Hochachtungsvoll,
Heinrich Hiestand
Konteradmiral der Kaiserlichen Rheinwehr
