Greetings esteemed leadership of Deep Space Engineering,
I do not believe that I have had the chance to speak with you. I am Dr. John Henry Holliday, founder of Med Force Enterprises. I am certain that you have heard of our organization but in short, we provide medical training and care to those who need it all over Sirius and even into Gallia and we also research treatments and medicines. I come before you today to ask for your expertise in assisting us in our expansion.
We have a few small bases in Sirius, two in Omicron Theta and one in the Baffin system along with Med.Force.One, the ship that years ago started it all. With the conferences we hold to teach and discuss new treatments and medicines not to mention our many teams out and about working with various groups, we find a need to expand at home, namely, our base in Omicron Theta from which I send this transmission, Med Force General-B. I have on many occasions passed by a DSE ship during my many trade runs. I do this to get the goods that we need for research and supply as well as bringing much needed funding to the Enterprise. My proposal to you today will reduce the need to travel and enable us to be more self sufficient and less reliant on imports thus making us more able to spend more time in the many labs we have.
Deep Space Engineering is well known for its knowledge in the construction of biodomes and that is what we seek. Having a biodome here would enable us to grow and develop our own needs, to be able to produce goods that we research for testing and pharmaceutical development. Yes, it is an honorable cause.
So my question to you is, could you help us accomplish this? WOULD you help us accomplish this? Of course, funding, goods and time are other question that we would have about this. I see this as a good opportunity for us all.
If you are interested, perhaps we could meet on this matter at a site of your choosing to get things started. If it helps, we could all meet here on Med Force General-B so that you could see the base this project would take place. Let us know what you think and I look forward to your reply.
Thank you,
Dr. John Henry Holliday

Good day Dr. Holliday,
It is good to hear from you again and my apoligy for the late reply.
In order for me to bring this to the table of our chief engineers and architects we would like any and all plans for the station to be sent over. Only this way can we prepare the architectual drawings and engineering schematics before we continue the project. Along with the schematics we are also interested in the station's distance from the nearest stellar body as to ensure the biodome is positioned in such way that it collects ample sunlight to ensure proper growth. Should a stellar body be deemed too far away for natural sunlight to ensure proper growth conditions, our engineers may need to outfit the dome with artificial lighting. For this reason the schematics and plans of the station are very much needed as we need to make sure all power demands are met.
Our director of engineering is expected back on station a week from now so I hope this gives you ample time to send us the schematics.

Good day,
Mr. Holiday,
It's good to hear from you. Normally I only hear from Miss Jill when it comes to projects in Theta, as you seem to usually be occupied in Baffin or on the Enterprise herself. As I am sure you have heard from Miss Jill, DSE has had a rather large involvement in Med Force General-B and even the research lab around the corner.
I do not believe we require any additional blueprints, or structure layouts unless there have been major changes since we've last worked on the facility. We generally have our own staff stationed thereafter any major work completed on the facilities to ensure that anything that was to happen in the aftermath, can be dealt with promptly.
In short, I do believe we can assist you with the addition of a Biodome to the facility, and quite frankly we are surprised it has taken this long for MFE to make this decision, as we expected it much sooner. Though understandable, dealing with budgets and all.
We do have some biodome modules ready to be installed, though that would depend on the sizes, and how many you are looking to add to the General-B. This of course, would then also reflect the cost of the labor, and the biodome itself.
