To the LIA Directorate:
I am writing in response to a recent visit by your asset [cdcnh mdcu] in [vhwyo okxcb vytq].
Your government has been exceedingly generous with their supply distribution to Thuringia, and we welcome your offer of additional logistical support.
Regarding the offer of collaboration between our two organizations, the possible political consequences of inviting a foreign, though admittedly friendly, house to organize direct combat and espionage operations domestically would be catastrophic - and ultimately not worth the risk.
I believe, however, that there is potential for joint operations and intel-sharing mechanisms for regions outside of Rheinland - and that such cooperation could be highly mutually beneficial.
To that end, we will monitor this channel as an expedited line of communications from you to the Directorate.
From,
Director Kai Siegfried

I am Marcus Jefferson, director for clandestine operations. I understand your fears regarding our direct involvement in rheinland, and how much of a problem it would be should it be revealed to the public. In fact I must say i expected a response like this. Now as you know our continued logistical support is not dependant on this and we will continue to support the legitim government of Rheinland against the so called Imperial government.
Regarding the joint operations outside Rheinland. I agree that it could be beneficial to both parties. Organizations such as the Unioners, Red Hessians, Corsairs or Liberty Rogues and Xenos are far too often capable to conduct their operations because for one reason or another we let them do so unwillingly. Should our agencies work together against our mutual enemies i believe that we would be able to pose an even bigger threat to theese organisations and hinder their operations.
By nature in our area of expertise keeping the single most valuable currency to ourselves allows us to function. That currency is information. And for this to work we will have to do the one thing people like us don't like. That being the sharing of information.
I look forward to your response. And we will also monitor this channel to provide a steady flow of information between our agencies. If you have any recomendations, questions or requests I will be happy to provide you with the info you seek.

Director Jefferson,
Regarding collaborative operations - I propose that we arrange for a joint taskforce to address the rampancy of lawlessness in Bering. At present, the Unioners use it as a staging ground to launch assaults into both Thuringia and Texas. The Imperial regime turns a blind eye to their growth, and so they continue to fester.
As I understand it, the Liberty Government would like to pacify Bering enough to aid in the establishment of a more permanent trade line between Federal Rheinland and Liberty - I believe this aim would be mutually beneficial.
We await your reply.

I'm not sure if you are aware but the problem in Bering is being handled by the Liberty Navy and other Liberty assets. Not so long ago the Navy deployed the Concord Battlegroup in the system to pacify it and end the era of anarchy there. Freeport 2, wich was previously taken over by pirates, has been destroyed. An unfortunate turn of events but there was no other choice as the pirates refused to give up. On the other hand another major problem that plagued the system for some time now was also solved. The separatists of the so called "Battlegroup Harmony" and other renegade elements had been routed with heavy losses from the system. And as far as the Unioners are concerned, they retreated into the depths of Bering, knowing full well they cannot resist against the full force of a battle hardened libertonian fleet. Ever since Concord has been preparing the area of the old lane system and Hamburg Jump Gate site for reconstruction efforts. While deploying a joint task force to deal with the remaining unioners in the area is indeed a wise idea, it might be a bit of an overkill for now considering the status of the Naval assets in the sector. With Concord ready to be reinforced at any time by the forces stationed in Texas.
Unless you know something we don't, of course in wich case disregard my statements regarding this being an overkill.
Speaking of things you know and we don't. I would like to ask you to transfer any and all information you currently have on the Unioner movement. Including but not limited to: [kubuh sqyxk ocpqi acgjw qaotw lbm], [rayal cdpnw gzodi pwnji sgs], [fdqqm mxved vrbnb zwbbn ieatn cnge], [fdqqm mxved vrvvx ozqld pjfyb ubqnd jissn bocce uzbfl bqbru ztwzm jmrdx j], [raalk zwzwv gzovi taqhw axyzl rqsgs ytejm dvcsp znqpo mozjp btgqp cstqr cl]
I know it is a lot to ask for but if we are to combat this threat more effectively we need this. On the other hand if you have similar requests please forward it to me.

Director Jefferson,
Due to the current intense war efforts and the comparatively low threat level the Unioners have posed to our forces, most of our intel on the Unioners is pre-war. Given our protocols concerning inter-organizational data transfers, I am dispatching a liaison officer to Bering in order to better facilitate information transfer in a more secure fashion.
Let me know when your organization is ready to accept our agent.
We await your reply.

Sorry for the late response. I dispatched an agent to the area. He should be ready to meet up with your officer within the next couple hours. If you have any additional terms or information that can make this transfer more smooth please inform me so i can relay the data to the agent in the field
