Good afternoon, Admin office of the Interstellar Beacon. This is Rear Admiral Lower Half Romeo Darkbeat, representing the Liberty Navy 46th Strike Force.
It has come to my attention that your base has access to personnel and tech which can be "rented" to produce a Jump Drive Mk4, is that correct? In that case I'll ask you to confirm me a few points.
Specifically,
1, That the rent cost will be 25 000 000 Sirius Credits;
2, That I will provide the materials needed for the construction: 110 000 Reinforced Alloy, 5 000 Gravity Field Stabilizers, 10 000 Critical Temperature Alloy, 30 000 Industrial Hardware, 25 000 Robotic Hardware, 35 000 Argentium Silver and 15 000 Magnetic Superconductors;
3, That these materials can start being delivered to your station when we have a closed deal;
4, That upon confirmation of delivery of the materials I can get moor at the station to get the equipment.
The ship that will be recieving it will be my Overlord-Class Dreadnought, the LNS-Ulysses. Do I need to moor her with the station during the whole fabrication process or only during installation?
Also, let me know when your schedule is free, as I will coordinate with my firends at USI to have the materials delivered someday next week.
Hope to hear from you soon,

Greetings, Mr... Raul paused himself while looking at a very long title... Darkbeat.
A friend of USI is our friend. Therefore we offer you a fee-free construction.
Your list of materials is correct. Mooring access is a long time ago opened for all Liberty Forces.
Any choice you make regarding ship staying would be welcome, but if you will come only during installation, our engineers would require a few additional days to calibrate the jump drive to your ship. An additional time could be required to fix problems if some parts of your ship do not provide the necessary standards for energy fluxes happening during the jumping process.
At the moment we have a very short timing contract with [*USI*] for base supplies and our docking bay personnel is instructed to pay transport captains for all arrived Reinforced Alloy shipments. It would be best to wait until it is over before proceeding further. We expect the contract to be finished in one hour after their supplier started to work. Once it is finished, we would correct the docking bay instructions to proceed.
A small additional matter for USI ears. We expected to have only 17'000 free cargo space after the base supplying contract is finished. Thankfully your jump drive order requires Reinforced Alloy as well, which our base storages will have in 100'000 units amount. We advise being not to deliver all additionally required Reinforced Alloy in 100% capacity as first priority, otherwise, there will be little space left for other materials.
We will invite [*USI*] representatives to confirm the deal.
Good. I'll bring the Ulysses to your mooring ports soon and give some of my men a well earned day off in Eerie while her CIC, Navigations and Bridge Staff will keep on duty during the process. Please take good care of my baby when she is moored with your installations, I'll need to keep performing my duties in smaller ships while the whole ordeal is taken care of.
My contact in the USI is the captain of the USI Stork BocaRaton, an employee and friend of Mr. Camios himself, which I gather you already have a history with. Julios was actually the one to recommend your base. So please just let me know when I can give the greenlight to BocaRaton to start the deliveries.
Hope to hear from you soon,

My crew reports about already receiving all base supplies. We put some trust in you and already relayed arrangements to initiate JD4 construction. All is left to hear a word from USI.
USI is always happy to assist in any and all supply contracts. Funnily enough just as this contract appeared in my feed, Mr. Randall Darkbeats came to me to volunteer for this task, stating he would organise direct payment for the materials with Admiral Darkbeats. Considering the matching last names I presume there's some family links here? Regardless consider it done, Mr. Randall Darkbeats will be getting on this and handle it in no time, as per usual with all contracts.
I Guess my brother needs to Jump from one place to the other but thinks he's too good to use cruise engines and Jump Gates like the rest of us "civilians". No worries, I'm aleready at Elbich getting some Argentium Silver. I'll start from goods far away first if you don't mind. Should take no time at all.
10/4 ma'am, delivery starts now.
Also, come on Mr C. I already told you there's no "S" at the end of my name, eh?

We arrived. The crew is excited. I've arranged for a fighter wing to setup perimeter patrol around the station for additional security. If needed, the 46th HC can be contacted. I'm keeping track of the deliveries made by the USI and I trust the process will be completed soon.
Now if you excuse me I'll take my personal Sutinga and sort some business in Eerie.
