In the beginning, I would like to introduce myself to your respected corporation. My name is Hina 陽菜 Nakamura, the Intergalactic Trading Manager of (NSE) Nebula Shipping Express. I represent a freelancer logistics company that works with most of the Sirius sector's logistics needs. We are currently constructing our logistics terminal and it requires some Optronic arrays so we can go forward with the construction of our main computer mainframe.
We would like to request the movement of 20,000 crates of Optronic arrays to our installation at the Cambridge system. The NSE installation is found in the orbit of Planet Cambridge. We will add your respected corporation tag to the installation docking access list so your transports can use our auto-dock feature once they are 15k away from the installation location. Our docking master wants to confirm that your badge/tag is Samura| so please confirm to us if we are correct. We also would like to know what would be the most suitable price for each crate and how would your transporters want to receive their fees. We can provide a decent price of 1500 credits for each crate delivered but as I mentioned previously, we are waiting to hear from you the most suitable price that makes you feel comfortable.
We can send one bulk payment for the entire contract or we can set a good price at our installation market so your respected transporters can sell directly to our docking master and receive their fees on the spot. At the end of this transmission, I just want to thank you for receiving our request and will wait for your answer. We don't have to remind you that our docking master requires digital proof for each delivery sent to our installation. Thank you.

dear Miss Hina
Samura Heavy Industries appreciates your preference.
We are short of contingent for so many services on Sirius, but we certainly have some extra ships that will be able to work to fulfill your request in the same way we have always done with other Samura Heavy Industries contracting companies.
Our Tag is secured and firmly registered as Samura|-
In relation to the value of each box of Optronic Arrays, the last contract we made for Cambridge/Bretonia has a much higher value than you mentioned in your request, as you can see here. However, we are open to a dialogue on this subject.
We look forward to your rhetoric for an understanding and set the ideal parameters for both parties.
Sayōnara,
Karl Kamimura
Director of Samura Heavy Industries and Commander of Transport,
I would like to thank you on behalf of the NSE members of the board for your fast reply and willingness to fulfill more contracts for the NSE with Samura Industries. We appreciate that and accordingly, we would like to discuss and negotiate some business with you. The price shown on your linked transmission is extremely high for our company at the moment and we cannot afford that very high price, so we would like to offer you 500 credits for each system travel. The total systems from the Honshu system to the Cambridge system are 7 systems, so accordingly we would like to offer 7 x 500 = 3500 credits for each crate of Optronic arrays.
We also will do our best to make it profitable for your transporters on their way back so we will try our best to provide for you some Gold ore which can be shipped and sold at Planet Berlin or Planet Honshu for a great profit. Let us know what you think about this offer so we can apply that contract as soon as possible and put it into action. Thank you for your time and have a good evening Kamimura San.

dear Miss Hina
We appreciate that our readiness has pleased your counsel.
Our board has also decided that we should help companies that actually invest courageously in their purposes as is the case with the NSE.
Therefore, we agree to the terms presented ultimately in your proposal rhetoric, i.e. 3500 per unit and free gold ore for our ships to return to Honshu.
We've already parked two cargo ships in Cambridge. We'll send a cosmoradio to deliver the material to your base.
Keep your dock master on the lookout for payment on delivery.
Sayōnara,
Karl Kamimura
Director of Samura Heavy Industries and Commander of Transport,
We appreciate your support of newly born companies. This is not new about Samura as a great corporation among the big Sirius economic powers. We would like to confirm for you that your transports will be most welcome and now they can start their deliveries safely. We received on your last transmission what seems to be, a miss understanding. The NSE did not mean that we will provide Gold ore for free because we cannot afford to offer ore for free at the moment, but we can have the Gold ore costing 4,000 credits at our installation and you are most welcome to haul them back to the Honshu system for maximum profit.
Our docking master will pay on the spot upon deliveries and we would like to remind you that our docking master will require a digital document as proof of arrival for each shipment delivered. This is mainly for archiving processes and future references. Thank you for your time Kamimura San.

Samura Heavy Inustries participates contract completion report.
Regarding gold ore, in fact their stocks were empty and we could not return with said product that would be profitable in such a performance. Our ships are still in siatema ne bretonia, which we will certainly make contact with some interesting supplier.
We want your company to be prosperous.
We appreciate your preference.
As I previously mentioned, We appreciate your support of newly born companies and we care for more business with Samura Industries as a Kusari space partner. We would like to clarify again for the 3rd time, that we mentioned the availability of gold ore as an option and not a mandatory part of the deal. We currently have 3 large ongoing projects at the NSE installation and that is why we ran out of space and couldn't bring any gold ore at the moment.
Thank you for your deliveries and accuracy. Until we meet again Kamimura san.
