To whom it may concern
Hi everyone, I'm the new one from Falkland Base.
I have been informed that the Niobium ore stocks are decreasing fast. I'll be glad to be at the mining field, guess I could use a hand or two.
Now we're talking - finally something I can do. I must warn you however, our stock is decreasing because Tau-23 is becoming a hot mess - it's been a long time since I've been able to just do my job in peace. The Outcasts are up to their usual no-good, but now also Independent pirates and even some hired freelancers dare to openly attack us both during mining, but even right next to Java itself.
I know it will decrease profits, but I recommend forgoing cargo space for some real armaments when mining, and to our leaderships - please, we need increased security, we need more contacts with people that will dispose of the Outcasts and independent hoodlums, our security arm should make a statement and focus on Tau-23 with some of our big guns.
The Outcasts lost any restraint... they just waltz on top of Java and attack us in plain sight...I would be a goner if it weren't for some Gallic interference today.
I have sent the Gallic pilot that disposed of the Sniffer 5,000,000 credits for their help, that might encourage them to stick around Java a little bit more, but at the end of the day The Syndicate can't rely on these 3rd parties that have their own selfish agendas.
Roy Bennett.

The Bretonian influence keeps advancing into our operations. Today, BMS long range detection traced a Bretonian Mining & Manufacturing vessel in operation around the Niobium field of Tau 23 and I moved to investigate in my armored transport, having just got back from supply missions to one of our stations. I found the scoundrel buzzing around in a mining freighter in the southern quadrants of Tau 23 and ordered it to stop and release its Niobium ore that we discovered on board her.
The spineless sap refused and fled towards the extreme operational edge of the system where it made for a unknown warship of Libertonian design. Upon approach, I again ordered the BMM pilot to release his cargo and he continued refusing. A brief firefight ensued, but much to my dismay the warship's docking auto defense turrets came online and targetted my ship and I was forced to break off. I circled about a moment and watched the Bretonian dock with the unknown vessel.
Can you believe this? Those 3 were just hanging around the Freeport inhaling that orange crap, just in front of the bloody Freeport... Not my problem anyways, but *ugh*... hope they don't get any close to Falkland.
