OCV Nekhbet's reinforcement
Hail, Damascus, and Dr.Lieutenant Chandler.
As you already may know, a part of our assets are on high alerts, and battleship Nekhbet is not an exclusion from the rule. Our recon units along with the Zeta patrol squadron are attempting to find the spot where Nomads are appearing from, but until we can do something, I need to make sure our most worth assets are prepared to face any trouble there.
This is not the first time when Order Science Division launches such an ambitious project. I have access to the previous project "Fischers Resolve" which explains the process and technology of producing advanced armor plates to compensate not sufficient "Osiris"-class battleships defence capabilities before larger and more armored dreadnoughts, which might help you to speed up production and consider all previously made mistakes. After finishing plates construction, logistic transport Setem will carry them to the Fort Carthage for further assembly and installation on the battleship.
Tensions in the Omicron Zeta are increasing and the Cairo garrison is under pressure every day. We won't risk our assets and people so easily. Until next time.

OCV Nekhbet's reinforcement
Good evening Commodore William Storgen, I’m pleased to assist you.
First, I’d like to address my high expectations in the operations you’re the manager of. I’m well met with the processes happening in the background while I’m researching. Science and engineering are essential to continue your activities to get the justice you need. To end the needless chitchat, I’ll get straight to the point.
The project you have pointed out — the “Fischers Resolve” is beneficial in the research fields. One of my jobs as a scientist is to increase the efficiency of our projects. Your assumptions are correct, and it’s worthwhile to enhance the project. This involves some inquiry, which I already see on my to-do list. I won’t confuse you with details that mean nothing to you, and I’ll ask you for a favor. I’d ask you to move the Nekhbet to Fort Carthage, and in the meantime, I must compile the “Osiris” blueprint to determine how to make my wishes come true, and enhance the overall strength of the Nekhbet. This is a restless job, and it requires time. I know you need this done as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best as usual. As for the material, I’ll inform you once I conduct the mandatory research. The research I mentioned will take me a day or two to conduct, at which point I'll do my part. I hope this is acceptable to you.
Sincerely,
Lieutenant Dr. Raphael Chandler

OCV Nekhbet's arrival
Lieutenant Dr. Raphael Chandler,
it looks like events were faster than out communication. Battleship Nekhbet has arrived at Carthage's drydock #2 an hour before your recent message. You can start your work under plates developments, so don't hesitate to contact logistics support if you need certain materials

OCV Nekhbet's Reinforcement & Arrival
Good evening Commodore William Storgen,
I hope you’re doing well. I am contacting you once again regarding the project. I have good and bad news.
Project “Shen Ring” is the brand new substitution for “Fischers Resolve”, and I’m convinced you’ll be proud of it. It took me a few days to appropriately complete the project in every detail. I personally went to Fort Carthage to analyze the Nekhbet and assemble a blueprint regarding the project. The Nekhbet fulfilled all the necessary accords to proceed with the project. The good news is as follows - after a detailed investigation of the vessel, I have determined the Shen Ring can be enforced with ease. As for the bad news - the outer-shell we’ll construct to reinforce the warship can’t last forever, thus it is not repairable, but only completely replaceable due to different reasons. While the armor is active, the Nekhbet won’t face a single issue on its path to fight against the Nomad menace. However, I have found a potential way how it’d be possible to permanently reinforce the vessel, but this would affect the ship’s mobility, which I presume you don’t desire right now.
The procedure will take two to three days to accomplish once they hand the necessary material over to Fort Carthage. Once everything’s over, you can rock-and-roll with confidence, but don’t push it too much. I want to take part in the construction at Fort Carthage as well. I’ll observe the progression and make sure everything goes flawlessly. I’ll attach the project in this comm, so you can see all the material that our convoys need to deliver.
Sincerely,
Lieutenant Dr. Raphael Chandler
