Greetings, Fleet High Commands,
As you have most likely heard through official channels by now, the Marshals Service has returned to active duty. I won't bore you with needless greetings or pleasantries, as you have most likely dealt with me before in my previous role at the LPI. Getting straight to the point, the Marshals are currently flying a random assortment of civilian craft, which they have been paying for and maintaining. I am looking to standardize our fleet.
I was originally thinking of contacting CTE to bulk order some Falcons and Eagles but then I remembered that the Navy tends to have a stock of older Executioners and Guardians that are due for replacement. I was hoping that we might be able to come to a mutually beneficial arrangement, where we transfer some of these older craft to the Marshals Service for a fee and it will give you the opportunity to replace these ships with newer models without Congress raising too much of an eyebrow.
Let's face it, our friends at BDR will be a lot happier getting an order for a few more Guardians from the navy than the funds going to their competitor.
Is this acceptable?
With regards.

I'm Captain Marcus Robinson of the First fleet,
Admiralty has gone on to allow me to handle this transmission personally and pass their message through as they're busy with other things at hand. First, Liberty Marshals Service coming back is a big surprise to my ears, even to some of us in First Fleet - I'm sure your people will do great things for the people of Liberty in several years from now on, when Marshals will be in shape to do so.
For now, let's not think about future but present - because Marshals first has to be built up on that. So let's get into to the business - Admiralty is willing to give up ten Executioner class fighters for the cost of 25 million credits, if you accept the offer, please proceed money to [LN]-Armory.003.
Let us know what do you think on the offer, Miss Nazumaki.
That is all.
Marcus Robinson Captain, 1FLT

Miss Nazumaki,
While the CTE shipline is a fine line of ships, we do indeed have a surplus of older snubcraft that are in desperate need of replacement. Most of these are pre-Gallic war, so I would highly recommend having them serviced before taking them out in combat. All ships are sold as-is, so your best bet would be to have them repaired as soon as the transaction is complete. I will personally oversee delivery of such ships, should you decide that you wish to purchase them.
Now, you say that you are after some Guardians and Executioners. Our hangars that we use for derelict Guardians are beginning to overflow, so if you want any of them, we can likely give you an excellent deal. Should you desire, we also have a number of Upholder-class bombers available as well. Let us know what you need and how many, and I'm certain that we can work something out.

Greetings, Captain and Commodore,
Captain Robinson, the Marshals Service thanks you for your kind words, it is good to know that we have the First Fleet's support and that the word of our return is looked brightly upon.
Getting on to the subject in hand, the ten Executioner-class fighters that you can set aside for us will be a great addition to our fleet and your offer is very much appreciated. The total sum of twenty-five million credits has been transferred to the specified account. We will await further details from you regarding the transportation of those ships to our facilities.
Commodore Briggs, while CTE produces a dependable line of craft that we can use, none of them compare to military-grade assets. It is most pleasing and convenient that the Fifth Fleet has a surplus of older ships that need to be replaced. The Marshals would like to acquire ten Guardian-class fighters from your stack of derelict ships.
If that is possible, we can discuss the details of the payment and transportation of said ships.
With regards.

The payment has been received, as said in your transmission.
You will find your Executioners onboard Battleship Missouri, alongside standard mounted equipment. Also, I believe retrieval pilots can be already arranged by Marshals Service themselves.
Use the birds well.
That is all.

Miss Nazumaki,
We would be happy to supply you with ten Guardian-class fighters. I have personally gone through and selected the ones that are in the best condition, and am having them loaded into the hangars of the carrier Valley Forge for delivery to Fort Bush. We should have them there within 8 hours.

Greetings, Captain and Commodore,
Captain Robinson, on behalf of the Marshals I'll have to thank you for helping us out with this request. The ships you have sent over to us have been received. We will be taking the necessary measures to make sure all ten vessels are safe to fly and combat-ready as soon as possible.
Commodore Briggs, we'll be needing the ten Guardian-class fighters the soonest you can have them available to us. Please specify an account, which you'd like to receive payment to and I will get to it right away so that this procedure may be finalized.
With regards.

Miss Nazumaki,
Due to unexpected hostile incursions into Liberty space, the Valley Forge, and by extent, myself, had to be redeployed to deal with the threat. Now that is finished, we are en route to Fort Bush. I believe a sum of twenty million credits will be satisfactory for the purchase of the Guardians. Please forward payment to 5th|Bank, and we'll just need a few final signatures upon delivery.

Greetings, Commodore,
The delay is nothing to worry about, I am aware that your work comes with a series of unexpected events one cannot predict. I have forwarded the payment of twenty million credits to the account of your choice and I hope that you and the Valley Forge have a safe trip to Fort Bush.
You will be expected there.
With regards.

Miss Nazumaki,
I am happy to announce that the carrier Valley Forge has arrived at Fort Bush, and while en route, we went ahead and did some maintenance on the requested guardians, so they should be safe to fly in short bursts. Long periods of flight time are still not recommended, as some of the ships have minor cooling issues. Combat should be avoided pending further repairs and a full safety inspection.
If you require anything further from the Fifth, please do not hesitate to ask.
