My name is Jack Anderson and I'm representing the Construction and Development department of the Phoenix and I believe I could handle this matter.
I'm glad that you and your crew managed to calibrate the array of sensors, that's a tricky part and usually takes several months before it works on maximum accuracy, the best way to test it out in practice, yeah? Oh, and of course most of our department residents live on the Livadia due to our specialization, so you can pay a visit anytime if you need any help from our specialists. I believe there isn't anything impossible with fixing your equipment if it's not way too particular, otherwise it can take too much of human resources, thus would increase multiple repair costs.
Thank you for your response to our request. We would like to move in to Livadia as soon as we can, so as to hopefully rectify our issue shortly. I will move the Stormhawk into Livadia shortly here then and will contact you on a back channel for further information.
Once we have arrived we can begin diagnosis and further discussions of our problem with the array. See you soon.
Our ship has now been fully secured in your docks and majority of the crew has been offloaded in preparation for the maintenance of our sensor system. We will take this time to review our data on the system and receive any new data from your team. Jack Anderson was very helpful in getting us settled so we appreciate his efforts here today.
We look forward to seeing everything completed soon. Thank you for clearing your schedule for us here.
We now can confirm that repairs have been completed to our array and all of it's subsystems seem to be working properly thus far. We will proceed to take it under trials shortly to test for any inconsistencies. The workmanship is very exceptional and all of the team's work was quite professional.
Delta 4 would like to thank Phoenix and the crew of Livadia for their assistance. Your efforts will not be forgotten and will go a long way in helping us protect humanity. We will continue to support you here in any way we can. Stay safe out there.
