Greetings, our allies. Allow my to introduce myself - I'm agent Maia from the Order primary fleet - and you will be probably seeing me in the Kusari a lot. I hope you don't mind, that I will be taking advantage of your bases in the region when my ship will need repairs, resupply or I'll just need to rest.
My task in your region is to gather information about Nomads and their human thralls. Given long-term cooperation between our organizations in fighting this alien threat, I'll gladly share my findings in Kusari with you and I will be grateful if you could pass any recordings of suspicious activity to me.
29/04/828, I've recorded brief sighting of strange nomad lifeform in the Shikoku System. It was outside of my active lock range and well beyond scanning range, but even from that distance it was large. The most strange thing is, that it lacks the usual nomad shape. but it's made mostly from five large tendrils. It was able to get away from my recon fighter and disappear, which means that this thing is not only large, but very fast as well. Offensive and defensive capabilities are unknown due to lack of scanning opportunity.
Please, do keep this intel as confidential. There was always a looming nomad threat within the Houses, Kusari especially, and we all must be vigilant.
It's a pleasure to hear from our friends within the Omicrons. As your eyes and ears may or may not have heard, I'm the newly recognized authority among the Dragons. Glad the Order hasn't forgotten about us. The Dragons have been in hibernation for some time. Our scouts in Ryuku claim that there may be some increased activity within the Arch once more. It would seem the remnants of our ambush by our predecessors in the Nomad war continue to fester in the region. Back then, our forces were too weak to keep a grip on Heaven's Gate, but things are different now. At some point in the future, we must revisit this issue. Perhaps a joint meeting between our groups is in "order", so to speak. Hehe~.
In any case, your presence is very welcome. And concerning. To see dire proof of the Nomads within our homeworlds again is troubling to say the least. As far as our scouts have seen, the azure demons have yet to soil our nest within the darkness. It could be that the sheer denseness of the cloud repels them. After all, it's the same way we've remained hidden for so many centuries. It's a natural wonder in disguise. To tell the truth, there was one suspicious occurrence a few days ago. An out of line pilot claiming to be a disenfranchised KOI officer entered our home. Along with two members claiming to belong to a mercenary group known as the Fae, originating in Baffin. As I felt generous, I let the KOI pilot free. However, their trajectory indicated they were flying towards the Tohoku jump hole. As for the freelance mercenaries, we have given them a test to prove their worth, and temporary, separate housing within our nest. Despite my hospitality, I can't help but feel suspicious of them. How can strangers so far from their home find ours?
This channel will remain open so that you may report in whenever you have something of note, or if you otherwise need to inform us of something. Good luck out there~! You're more than welcome at all of our bases within Kusari, as a specialist on the matter.

I wasn't expecting such a warm welcome from Shōgun herself, but I'm greatly honored, Ubukata Tsuya. I'll not interfere with your operations in any way. It's known, that there are some tensions between Overwatch and Gen'nan GC cell, but that's not why I'm here. I'll leave this communication channel open and monitor it as long as I'm not replaced by another agent from my organization.
About the matters you've written - caution around former or strange behaving intelligence officers is always in order. Intelligence agencies have their history with nomad infiltrators, especially in Liberty, Rheinland and Kusari. As for the freelancer group you've just mentioned - we currently have no intel on them - save for their operations in Taus. I've met them one or two times myself, but scans and these brief encounters haven't revealed anything suspicious so far on our side.
It is true, that Taus, Kusari and Gallia had their share of recent Nomad encounters. Nomads were sighted even as far as within the Gallia itself. I've been even contacted by a corsican operative about these nomad sightings.
All I can offer you now are just words of caution and vigilance. There are ways how to reveal nomad thralls - while they can act and look like humans, proper medical procedures and screening can reveal their nomad parasite. While not usable en-masse for most organization without large resource investments, you can at least keep you inner circle clean.
