To The Esteemed Guild Masters of the Gas Miners Guild,
I come before you to request authorization to purchase and use 4 of your specialty Taiidan bombers. I believe you refer to them as the Kaichou. OSI is getting ready to start our escort wing and while we as Zoners have access to a decent line of ships. Our bomber choices are limited. I am looking to supplement our ship roster with others outside our normal scope. I would ask for the use of no more then 4 of the Kaichous.
I would restrict them to only my best and loyal pilots that have proven themselves in battle time and time again. I would also guarantee that they will never be used against GMG assets of any kind. If you inspect our charter you will see that we have several ranks in our escort service, each restricted in what ships they can used. The Kaichou would be restricted to only the master level escorts. While I do not need them now I suspect that I may have use for them in them few months, since we are just now looking for pilots.
Since this is a proprietary ship, my escort pilots would need to take training from your folks in its operation and tactics. We would also need to establish a long term contract for maintenance. I understand that these bombers are very dear to you and the potential requirements of their use may be strict, even more so then what I have already listed. Please feel free to let me know a price for each bomber ,and what it would cost to train up the crew members and mechanics. I hope the terms above meet your approval. If not let me know what needs to be done.
On a side note I want to congratulate you on your new station in Okinawa. I have added it as a stop along one of our routs.

Konichiwa Zoner friend,
I see you have your eyes fixed on our Kaichou Bombers. I can't say that I blame you, wonderful ships that they are. You are wise to ask for training for your pilots on the Kaichou, it's a complcated and sohisticated piece of technology. You see, we don't navigate around in our nebulas with eyesight as it becomes impossible to see any further than our immediate area. Our ships are equipped with and function dependantly on an advanced system of highly sensitive sensors. With a bit of instruction and fair amount of practice your pilots will learn to "see" the way we do and soon they will enjoy the benefits no civilian ship is equipped with.
The permission to purchase four Taiidans will be granted. You may speak to the clerks on Fujisawa in the Okinawa system where the ships will be waiting for you. Fujisawa is a facility not just a miner, the station also doubles as the location where we hold and maintain the security ships our forces use. On the occasional run you may want to have one of these ships return for an inspection and routine maintenance. To get the most out of it. ANyways, sorry for prattling on about our beloved ships, feel free to come to Fujisawa anytime to pick them up.

My thanks to you. I will add them to our ship list and send over my maintenance chief to get some instruction on basic maintenance. I am still looking for pilots at the moment so it may be a while before we actually need them. If it is ok we can move the 4 to our secure hanger at Freeport 9, after the training of some of our maintenance personel.
On the subject of Fujisawa I was just there today picking up some H-fuel for our Freeport 11 station. Very nice constuction there. I can not wait till that gate to Sigma 19 is done. It will dut some nice time off that trip. If myself or my folks can do anything for the GMG in the future just let me know and we will.
