Salisbury Town is a Junker base operating in the Belvedere Debris Field. As a result of the Gallic War, many Bretonian and Gallic Warships was left abandoned drifting not far from Southampton Shipyard. The damage caused by the Gallics was so massive that the Station and many ships under Bretonian command was destroyed or damaged. The Gallics also suffered massive losses too and as a result both sides lost many ships in this war.

Now the Junkers have set their sights on the field, as an opportunity to recover the scrap along with the ALG, who they do not mind working with. The Bretonians want the scrap field to be cleared of dangerous debris which could get in the way of Commerce in the New London system. And as a result Salisbury Town was build to mine the scrap, and have it hauled from their base to be used more effectively.
