Good day, to the esteemed members of the Crayter Military.
I have not had the pleasure of communicating with you before, but I think it is about time we made some headway to getting to know each others organisations better.
I am contacting you today to see if it would be possible to purchase some Crayterian Technology from yourselves, and hopefully bolster our Fleet and also to offer assistance when it is needed from our Fleet to your military.
I understand that the Auxesians have been a little bit of a problem to you in the past and I belive some of our vessels have aided you before, when they were in the vacinity of a fight.
Now... Back to the main part of my communication, which is to ask if it is possible for us to purchase some of your vessels to be able to introduce them to our Fleet. Initially I would like to purchase one Deimos, which i am lead to believe is a very impressive ship, and it can also pack a nice punch firepower wise. This Deimos would be used as a Fleet support vessel in its initial introduction into the Fleet and would also help improve the heavy Strike Force of Capital ships we have in commission.
Also if at all possible we would like to be able to use Crayterian weaponry on this vessel, which again would initially improve our Strikes against hostiles. Once we have this vessel commissioned and operational, we will test it out a few times to see the performance levels of the said vessel. If our tests show that this vessel will perform the tasks that we need it for, then there is the possibility of us arranging to purchase up to six others later.
Now, I know this is quite a request to ask and all, but if we purchase the other vessels from you, we will be very pleased to actually station them within your influence zone so that they can be used as backup and also help your forces to repel hostiles.
We would be able to offer you three of these vessels which can be stationed in an area of your choosing.
I would also like to offer you the chance to do military manouveurs in coordination with our Fleet, which would bolster both of our Fleets and make them a very powerful force to be reckoned with so to speak.
If needed we can also station rapid attack bombers within your influence zone to backup your heavy Battleships and fighters.
Our Fleet is always ready to help an ally, and I am hoping that we may be able to discuss this further maybe by visiting some of your High Command at a venue of your choice and discuss things privately.
This request and offer, may be something that cannot be done, but I am hoping that we can at least discuss this at length and make this possible and make relations between the 46th Fleet and your Military much better and more positive.
I look forward to your response and please do ask anything in return for our request and offer of our Fleet's services.

This is indeed the first time I've had the pleasure of addressing a member of your division, and the man in charge at that. I am Trevor Westbrook, Minister of Defense for the Crayter Republic. While I'm sure Fleet Admiral Combes would love to have a say here, the discussion of the transferral of military assets is fortunately my area of expertise.
While I'm aware that vessels of your division have been seen helping the Military on our homefront, your request to purchase one of our most advanced and cherished warships was a topic of some debate for us. The 'Deimos'-class Heavy Dreadnought was designed as our answer to the heavy warships fielded by our enemies, namely Gallia and the Outcasts. While we have a number of these warships in service with the Military today, I can't deny that the question of selling one, even to an ally, turned most of my ministry upside down. These vessels are not cheap, and the construction of one alone is an occasion by itself. If you're serious about 'purchasing' one of these warships, let alone the prospect of more in the future, I feel I should lay down some ground rules.
First and foremost, any deployment of Crayterian technology outside of the Military will need a compliment of Crayterian technical engineers as well to ensure the vessel performs well under foreign supervision. Crayterian technology, while not unintuitive to use, gets considerably more complicated the higher up the tiers you go. Our strikecraft are on the open market because any reasonably trained pilot can fly them without much issue. Our warships are designed to be fielded by Crayterian personnel, and we'll need to ensure that our people remain onboard to keep the vessel running.
Second, the Ministry of Defense would need a signed order of confirmation from your Defense Department to approve any equipment transferral. I would rather we not have a crisis on our hands and Crayter be blamed for supplying assets to a Naval division without your government's approval. We may be allies, but there are still protocols.
Finally, the usage of Crayterian technology under a foreign power is as much a symbol for us as it is for you. While I have no doubt that the warship will be fielded against many of our enemies under your command, I must ask that any deployment of the warship be prepared and contemplated for any diplomatic repercussions. Crayter has a finely tuned image, and though we trust the Liberty Navy as allies, if it were to be tarnished by actions we could not anticipate or prepare for, it would also be as much a detriment to you as it is to us. I'm certain Ms. Ward would have a field day with such a situation.
Naturally, this would go for any ships of Crayterian make under Naval command, but the presence of the vessel you are asking for is a sign of our trust beyond even what an alliance dictates.
Now, should these be agreeable, then we can get the complications of actually transferring a warship of this kind to your division.
To begin, each Deimos is tailored to the role it is expected to play on the battlefield, and we construct each one based on how many we will need for the order and where it will be deployed to. In keeping with standard CDI doctrine, the construction of one ship will not utilize much space, but will require some foreplanning. This is an unusual request, even from an ally.
CDI's doctrine also requires that the payment plan for the vessel in question be agreed upon before construction can begin. Because of the vessel you're requesting, the cost of such a ship will not be cheap. Each 'Deimos'-class warship is itself an undertaking. In keeping with CDI's doctrine, two options for payment are available: Submit a one-time fee for the warship and agree to haul the supplies for the warship, or submit twice the fee for the warship outright, where ISE commercial ships will supply the parts needed.
In either event, the figures for the initial cost come out to 1.42 Billion SC. As I said, Admiral, not cheap. Should you decide to forego the delivery of supplies, the figure will need to be increased to 2.84 Billion SC, to supply the costs of acquiring materials.
The method of payment is solely up to you, Admiral, and should you decide to have the supplies shipped in via your own methods you are more than welcome to have third parties do the shipping instead. As long as records of the supplies in question make it to my Ministry's desk, then we can arrange for a far cheaper initial bill.
Should this be acceptable, then please let us know whether you would like to have the supplies flown in via your own methods or via our own. Should you wish to have the supplies flown yourself, I can provide you with the list of required supplies, which will need to be delivered to Sabah Shipyard for construction. I must remind you that clearance from your Defense Department will be needed before any of this goes forward.
Crayter looks forward to doing business with you Admiral.
For those we left behind.

Good day Minister Westbrook,
I have some really exciting news regarding the purchase of your Deimos technology, and I am glad to say that the Liberty Government has given it's blessing for the project to go ahead and be established.
Again I will put the offer on the table, of deployment of a small Fleet of vessels that can establish some sort of help towards the protection of your territory.
This will mean greater development of relations between our Fleet and the great Crayter republic, and hopefully create a good foothold within your territories.
Regarding the construction of the vessel.......
We will provide our own ARMOUR class heavy armoured Bisons who will initiate the first lot of materials needed for the construction and also we will be involving other reputable Liberty Corporations to initiate deliveries also. These Corporations will be advised to you through the relevant channels and hopefully this meets with your approval.
We would also like to try and develop a rather unusual request aswell to install a Liberty Designed Engine to the Deimos which will hopefully meet your approval also, and another thing we would like to have is enough powercore within the Deimos to operate the weapons at 100% capacity.
Another suggestion, which has been put forward by other High Command members, is to hopefully mix Crayterian weapons with Liberty weapons aboard the vessel.
Once we can establish a 100% pwercore supply to the weapons, we can then discuss the matter regarding the engine and I also understand this project will be immense and will be a long and hard project, but will be worth it in the end.
I hope my proposals are satisfactory and we are able to start the project very soon.
Also if it is satisfactory we are going to arrange an envoy mission to Coronado to visit Sabah Shipyard on the 8th of August and we will be coinciding this with some Military movement of some of our vessels to your territory. These movements of military hardware will obviously attract interest from certain enemies that both Crayter and Liberty have in common and we will be prepared for all circumstances.
I have attached an Encrypted dossier for the military movements we will be carrying out on this date for your eyes only
Also I would like to establish if you would require all of the 1.42 Billion Credits for the purchase in advance, or if you require some sort of deposit payment and then the rest of the payment once it has been built.
Once we have established payment method, we can endeavour to arrange the payment within a certain time frame and commence the build.
Any other details you require from me please let me know as soon as possible and we can start and commence with proceedings

I'm pleased to see that your Defense Department has signed off on this project of yours. With that out of the way, we can discuss the details of this.
As I said before, each Deimos-class Dreadnought is tailored to the role that it will play on the battlefield. This gives us immense flexibility when it comes to the design of each warship, as we can iron out any experimental systems or design quirks that will be used aboard the vessel in question. Many of Crayter's own Deimos designs are experimental in some way, and with the points you've requested this one will be no different.
While we're unfamiliar with Liberty-based technology, particularly your hardware, this can be remedied by keeping a permanent staff of your own engineers on site to ensure the installation goes smoothly. This is a joint project, after all, and it would be safer to assume all avenues instead of winging it. This goes as much for the ship's engines as it does for the weapons systems, which will need your engineers' expertise to ensure that installation of the turrets and their mounts goes smoothly. Assuming innate compatibility, which is possible however unlikely, dual-purpose weapon mounts would make handling that issue a simple matter.
As for full technical compatibility with the ship's power core, such a problem shouldn't be any issue. Because each Deimos is designed from the ground-up based on existing blueprints in regards to each one's experimental quirks, CDI will be adapting the ship's on-board technology to the drive core during the entire construction process. Each Deimos constructed before has always had immense work done in the effort of ensuring maximum technical compatibility, and this case is no different.
Regarding the cost of the ship itself, CDI doctrine requires that the fees for all ships being purchased be submitted in advance to the Republic's Treasury Department ( =CR=Treasury ) at your earliest convenience. Once this is confirmed, we will give CDI the clearance to begin construction of the vessel. A record of the delivered supplies, which I will link below, will need to be provided to either CDI or the Republic directly to ensure that our engineers have a record of the materials coming in. These will need to be delivered to Sabah, naturally.
Finally, we will welcome your envoys on the 8th of August as always. I will ensure that the Military is notified of this convoy and that any vessels currently deployed to Sabah's alert force are kept on stand-by.
For those we left behind.

Good day Defense Secretary once again,
I am so pleased that our Envoy convoy will be welcomed at Sabah so we can discuss fine details of the build of the Deimos.
Also High Command will be discussing the funding for the build of the vessel and we will endeavour to transfer those funds within the next 14 days.
Once we pay the due amount, we will also start our deliveries of the supply mainfest that you have supplied, and we will also be contacting some different organisations, who are obviously friendly with Crayter to help us to deliver those supplies.
Hopefully involving some other corporations will also make the supply chain quicker and more efficient, and precise deliveries will be also delivered by our ARMOUR division.
When we send our Envoy convoy, we will also bring some goodies for the Crayter Republic to enjoy with us while we discuss the situation with the build of the Deimos and we will hopefully have an escort from our Kodiak division and also our Fighter Strike Force.
I look forward to our meeting and ironing out finer details of the build.
Many thanks,
James Horatio Creed

Good day Defense Secretary once again,
We have initiated more deliveries to Sabah Shipyard over recent weeks and our operation is fully committed to getting all of our deliveries done as soon as possible to make sure you can start construction of our new vessel.
I have now got full control of our Armour Division and we have also appointed a new Fleet Admiral and Admiral and I have moved to a lower rank of Vice Admiral so that I can concentrate on the Deliveries to Sabah. I am also head of Salt Lake Command Centre aswell and head of the security protocols for the facility.
In the coming weeks we would like to introduce any Crayterian Vessels who could get involved with either Deliveries or Escort purposes and work in conjunction with our operation.
I hope this evidence we have supplied is satisfactory to you
I have included Visual Evidence of the deliveries to Sabah Shipyard in an encryted document for your scrutiny.
I hope this meets with your satisfaction so far and we can endeavour to work together on the rest of the deliveries, and I hope we can arrange these convoys through a secure channel

Good day Defense Secretary once again,
It has been a while since I have had a chance to contact you and your organisation, and we are continuing to deliver supplies for our Vessel project. We have had some problems from time to time and had a number of vessels disabled by unlawfuls while doing the convoys, but we have continued to push forward and get the deliveries done at every possible moment when not involved with other fleet movements.
This project means alot to the 46th Fleet and we will be making ready our own engineers who have been working tirelessly with the High Command to produce some blueprints for your attention, which will include some minor adjustments to the new vessel which hopefully does not take much away from the original design of the Crayter Dreadnought.
As this is a joint venture, we would like to do all flight trials within Coronado and hopefully include special Fleet excercises, which will include other 46th vessels and Crayter vessels combined. A joint operation to do initial ship trials will be a great help to the crew that we will supply for training and also the section of crew that Crayter will supply aboard the vessel, so that all systems can be improved and used to their full ability.
Our engineers would also like to include a Liberty engine within the vessel and hopefully we can adjust this so that it fits well into the ships hull.
I hope this meets with your approval, and we will supply a copy of our intended blueprints, which as I say will not change the vessel completely and we hope to be able to develop more of these vessels in the future and will deploy others into Coronado so we can do joint movements and joint ventures against our common enemies.
I look forward to your reply.
Many thanks,
James Horatio Creed
