No one has given an answer but the rules say about a docking message. Which it does not give. You can't restock on a dm anyway.
Surely it would count if someone were to actually abuse it. But since I haven't seen a DM used once in my time here (ok, maybe once), I'd say it's a non issue...

If you can bother searching, that thread has been left hanging, and I was the last one to post, about that very topic, which has been unanswered. Prehaps you should adopt a new system Groshyr, when you are about to post some unprovoked attitude, do yourself a favor and don't bother.
I only bring it up because with all these ships that can use DM's, they are basically useless. As with many things here, we have a thing but they are always greatly holding back. Any ships using the DM should be able to give non pvp dead dockings so there is some bonus, some perk to it. A Dunlin, a Bustard, navy carrier, etc, could actually be of value as a carrier because all that cash spent means you can extend your effectiveness and by give your teamates a real advantage out there. Even in that thread I brought it up because of the Dunlin and its DM slot. Great to have, but will it ever be used? If it did not count as PVP death to dock on a player ship, that would change a few things. You can't restock on a DM, but you can do full repairs, take a brief rest, and that still gives a serious advantage if used right. Can it really hurt? Just sayin!
