Check your \Documents\My Games\Freelancer\Accts\SinglePlayer\ folder, if there are any files there that might be what's causing the issue, deleting or moving them elsewhere would fix it.

What do you suggest I do?
The file appears to be empty do I reinstall, create new file?
I really wish I knew why the file was empty could've been something I've done idk. This case is exceedingly odd.
Not having any files there is fine, that won't be causing any issues since the game (re)makes all the files it need there on start. It was just worth checking cause one of the more common causes of crashes on start is having autosave files from vanilla or other mods that are not compatible with Disco, but since it seems that's not the issue, if you can check your FLSpew.txt in <user>\AppData\Local\Freelancer\ that might give some useful errors to narrow down what might be going wrong.

Late reply..been really busy inRL
yeah ill give it a look
Had difficulty finding the file.
I, however, do not particularly adhere great fondness to windows 10 interface, which has caused some frustrations. I couldn't find the file in the time I had to search. I have no idea at this point what could be causing such a ruckus between disco and my tower. I previously..HEAVILY played the crossfire mod for Freelancer, and I was a little careless uninstalling and transferring over to Disco, but..I've tried deleting all CF files manually and starting clean-slate, and it did not fix the issue, so I have no idea what to do now but wait.
I have little time however, my life is busy and is about to get even busier. But, my patience is at large.
Maybe someday I can look more into fixing it. Maybe so, maybe not. Ill return to disco sometime.
Help is much appreciated, and I appreciate the friendliness on here as well. Thank you.
Any additional comments or updates is appreciated, any bit of info will be taken; however don't count on me replying quickly, it could take months as it did this time. Ill get to it someday.
I fiddled with it again on a day off work but it still crashes
I wiped all FL stuff and started from scratch just to see. All I get is the launch screen (space art) but before the menu loads it crashes.
