He just smiled in return. "I am but a transmission away and my flight log is wide open."
He then rose to his feet and pushed his chair in. "Well, Miss Mariko, I suppose I should keep busy while we wait so I will head to Baffin for my first stop."
He then offered her a gentleman's hand to assist her out of her own seat as he continued speaking. "Is there anything else to discuss before we go about our business?"

She was right. For the moment, there was little else they could do until the construction of medical facilities on their ships was set up. She had work to do and so did he. A piece of him though didn't want to leave. She was easy to talk to and his feelings for her grew. For now, they had to keep busy. The Southern gentleman piece of him was alive with a smile of appreciation as he rose before her, took her hand and assisted her out of her seat. Facing her, he gently caressed that hand in both of his and kissed it's top.
"Lady Mariko, let these meetings not be so far apart," he said kindly with his old world accent.
He then released her hand and gave a respectful bow to her, "For now, sayonara, Mariko. I am but a call away."
As he left, he paid the tab for both of them. Half way to his docking bay, he placed his large brimmed hat upon his head and gave her a quick salute as he went through the airlock. Within a few minutes, his ship was headed for Freeport 6.
