Kαλημέρα! My name is Pavlos Zorba, but everyone calls me just Zorba. I've got some very old information about my ancestors before we arrived to the Sirius sector, there is a legend in our family that we come from a country that was called Greece. I know for sure that they left Sol system on board of the Hispania sleeper ship and they were part of group that settled on a planet Crete. Long Corsair family tradition is really in my blood and DNA. My parents and my older brother were often in action. In their free time they were always talking about our history, our future goals and they also trained me. We were flying all around the Gamma and later other surrounding systems. It were very tough days but Corsairs were the dominant force in this whole area at that time. You could say I was really "an orthodox Corsair" and I was really working on myself because I wanted to prove myself useful. I have also many experiences with our enemies. For example once I got ordered a mission to patrol a jumphole to Xi in the Omicron Rho. I left Syros Shipyard and headed to the Rho jumphole. Right when I got there I had a reading on my long range scanners. I really didn't know what is going on, but it looked like two big ships leaving Durban/Alabama area. I decided to fly nearby and when I got there I found out that it were two Outcasts transports smuggling tons of a poison, they call it cardimine. I knew I had to stop them, it'd be a big loss from them and a great victory for us. The weapons on my Titan were charging, I tried to stop them. Unfortunetely they called for a reinforcment. After a brutal fight I took down two sabres but the transports escaped. They were too slow so I still had them on my scanner, I saw them jumping to Sigma-15. I caught them right there and destroyed them and their cargo on sight with no mercy.
Why do you want to join DTR:
Throughout my life, I've been part of several factions within the Corsairs Imperium like the Omega Pirate Guild or The Bortherhood. Few years ago, I was captured by Outcasts in a battle. I was on a patrol when a group of a few Outcasts ships ambushed us. I gave them a fight but they destroyed my ship but I've managed to survive in an escape pod. However an outcast ship tractorbeamed my pod and they locked me up in the worst place I've ever been. They tried to get some information about strategic positions in Gamma from me, it's been one constant torture. I guess they got bored after these months so they gave up and just held me there. One day I managed to escape in a Zoner ship which flew to Freeport 9. Then it was a piece of cake to get back to planet Crete. I am glad I am back, I am better than ever and I want revenge. You could say I was working for our Imperio just on my own after this incident. But after recent events I think it will be the best to join the strongest and the most progressive group in the Omicrons - The Deterrence. I would also love to bring the Greek Corsair tradition back to life. My dream and my goal is to unite all Corsairs in our battle to once again prove our dominance and supremacy in the Omicrons, Omegas and Sigmas even if it takes some help from the outsiders.

Why do you want to join DTR: To assist in restoring the glory of the Corsair Empire.
Character Summary: Born a proud Cretan, Vatatzes shares his family's long tradition of service in the Corsair Armada. Spending most of his life training for the brutal life of a Corsair, he joined many raids from a young age and learned first hand of their use for the Corsairs.
At 27 years of age, he was badly injured in a skirmish with a Military patrol, in the fringe systems of the Empire. Returning to Crete, he took only two months to recover, but chose to be transferred to the much smaller ground force, at the time preoccupied in assisting the Zoners on Gran Canaria. With their eventual triumph over the Bretonians, Vatatzes returned to Crete and received a new titles to carry in the daring raids.
Now back in the Armada, he seeks to prove himself a worthy fighter for the betterment of the people on Crete, viewing the pillaging and plundering as mere tools to continue their life and fend off the ever-increasing House presence.

Character Summary: As a zoner of Gallia origins, little is known about his past and origin. At some point wondering for lost treasures and artifacts in the Omicron's systems, this one encountered unknown ships, after short talks and even shorter negotation a dual broke out, soon enough crippled the zoner had no choice but to hoist the white flag, escorted by the enigmatic ships to the nearest outpost. There, he discovered the identity of his captors, to be the legendary Corsairs, though to be extintinguished, reborn as The Deterrence. After weeks of interrogations, DTR intelligence determined that the zoner wasn't a spy nor a threat himslef, the question to set him free was raised, But ultimately, representing a risk to the secret operations of the dominant force in the Omicrons, the DTR denied him to leave Omicron's, or else be shot. At first outcasted by his new people, studying the rich and proud History of this nation, discovering the values and ideologies motivating the Corsairs, he slowly started to understand their motivations and goals, even so himself not a descendant of the Hispania, but inspired by the just cause, united under one banner: the DTR, he chose his fight.

Character Summary: Born in a Cretan family, Rosario is one of six children of Rozario family. She Spent most of her life in space with the family, robbing Bretonian trade convoys and fought for the Corsair empire.
At 19 years of age, Rosario's family luck have come to the end and her family got caught during the raid in Cambridge. She got badly injured and had to fly to Omega-5 and retreat to Cadiz. After four years of Cadiz Alma had returned to Crete, where she had joint into the Corsair Armada. After she joined to the Corsair Armada she made sixty-seven flight raids on Bretonia during the end of Gallic war.
In the present days Alma only seeks another fronts and groups to join to glory her Family and she still hopes that family of Rosario is still alive and will hear her name.

Character Summary: Decendant from Italian family which were migrated to Spain way before the war between Coalition and the Allinace. Corrado Passera is growned up with his brother under control of their parents who were in the service at the Allinace to protect Sleeper ships and fight against the Coalition in hope to colonize the Sirius Sector. They parents decided to place both of them into the Hispania Sleeper ship. When they grew up at age 18-19 they both took a military service for the Corsairs. When the Corsairs signed the allianceship with The Order, those two brothers are splitted up. One is stood as Corsairs and the other one is servicing for the Order till today. Currently, Corrado is keeping a contact with his blood-brother, together they surveing Omicron Zeta, together they decided to become semi-scientists and semi-militarist. Together they both studying an anomalies in Zeta, the ship wrecks and whatever it may be useful to their own people. Corrado has been promoted to command CSWS-CS-At'Salut (which is in italian dialect means - good bye), the semi scientific and semi warship in service for Corsairs. While his brother is flying an order bomber ship. Recently both brothers have made a contact with an Outwolder colony ship Va'Than which is making their own presense in Zeta, together they have meeting at Cairo station (an Order base) - three of them frequently organizing the meeting at Cairo Station. To Discuss the potential risks of studies and the presense of Nomads, considering there's a Nomad base and wormhole to Omicron Iota. But, At'Salut ship is located at Omicron Xi and frequently fight against Rheinlanders at Munich. Until new contact from his brother or an Outwolder ship Va'Than.
Why do you want to join DTR: Screwing up unbelievers and those who are not drinking good red wine, rum or mix of both. Recently we had a raid in Omicron Nu system to screw libertonians scumbags. I was the first one to made a first blood - killing the Jacobi.Barbara carrier ship. Had a lot of fun.

Character Summary: Demos Boosaloglou had been born on Planet Creete in the Omicron Gamma System to a modest family of smugglers. His parents had been part of the legendary group of criminals known as Corsairs, smuggling the most valuable of items without any legal ramifications. Their skills were highly praised amongst the criminal underworld.
As a child, Demos had dreamed of one day joining his parents in the smuggling game and becoming a part of Corsairs. How he wished to visit distant systems on clandestine missions, hauling contraband goods to their clients and living a life of freedom beyond the reach of law enforcement.
One day, his parents presented him with an opportunity to join them on a mission. Although nervous, Demos accepted and the small family set off on their journey.
The mission itself had been a success, and Demos was amazed by the criminal lifestyle he was living. By the end of it he knew he wanted to permanently stay part of this organization and he worked hard to gain their admiration and trust in the months that followed.
Eventually, Demos earned the respect of his mentors and was welcomed into the high command in Corsairs. His parents were proud of his accomplishments and Demos himself had reached the dream he had been pursuing his entire life. Now, with his network of contacts and criminal know-how, Demos was living the life he had always dreamed of.

What activities do you enjoy in Freelancer: Smuggling, pirating
Character Summary: Born on planet Crete, raised by a solo day. Had joined his little group called Black Flags.
Got to cause a lot of havoc in those days, but the group has since disbanded so now my havoc days are over and are now looking for the next chapter in my life. One to settle down into and bring back my days of having causing havoc and having fun!
Why do you want to join DTR: Seems like a chill faction from what I have seen, looks like a lot of fun as well, also miss my old corsair days.
What activities do you enjoy in Freelancer: A bit of everything, one thing I love is PvP but, I am out of practice currently.

He enjoys the thrill of slipping through the shadows, unseen and unheard, to eliminate his targets with swift and deadly precision. Contract killing, espionage, and sometimes mining are his favored activities, all carried out under the cloak of night. The darker and bloodier the mission, the more Varian finds satisfaction in his work
