Let me get right to it. We got a station. A big one. Wanting to relocate to the Taus somewhere, saw Tau-29 and thought "maybe this will do." Other systems I have scouted have either graveyards, or the potential to become graveyards. So, my request is: How do you feel about a quad-core station being close by to the Freeport?

My first question to you is this, how are your relations with the Outcasts? There are a lot of them here in the Taus and they like to insist that you sell cardamine on your base.
Next, how are you with the Kusari, Bretonian and Gallic governments? They all patrol out here and all of them will push their will upon you. More than once I have been told that our station is a border and to be lucky that they aren't taking it. In short, house authorities piss me off! Cardamine? What a joke! If someone wants to use it, that's on them.
I don't have an issue with a base here in Tau 29. In fact, their is an open area a ways off of our base out of the rocks. Now we don't have the ships or manpower to protect it and best we can do is run a patrol by it on occasion. For the most part, it's peaceful with passing traders but those groups that I mentioned have been around more often these days. If you are OK with all of this, we can continue talking.
Do we have a problem with the Outcasts? Nope. Do the Outcasts have a problem with us? Hard one to answer. Many Dons, many rulings, many groups. In my experience, they don't mind us. Could change, though. Can't guarantee a "permanent" answer there. Do you know of other potential threats? May need to have a word with them too.
We have licenses to operate our hyperspace technologies in every house. If they had a problem with us, they'd revoke our license. So far... our licenses stand. That's good news for the both of us. We get to do our thing, and the Houses won't bother us here. Or you, hopefully.
I've flown around the system. Got a place we could start building up. Sector E5, between the sun and the lane. I've attached some stuff to help you get a better idea. Let me know if this is acceptable. Do be sure to mention other factions who roam these parts. I'll do my job and have a chat with them too.

Mr. Kennedy,
You have been doing your homework. Might I suggest checking the area of 7 C/D behind the Freeport. There is an open area there in the rocks that would be an out-of-the-way location but accessible for your clients. I don't have an issue with the location you propose, it's house authorities and the local companies that I wonder about. Excuse my own mistrust of the houses but we have had issues with them in the past pushing laws against us even though we were here first.
I researched your material. Freeport 1 has a lot around it whereas we don't. I think our co-existence will benefit the both of us. Just some food for thought.
So you've seen our request to the other Freeport. Makes sense, you guys got your own communications.
The Houses won't bother you more if we setup here. Liberty came to Kepler a lot to examine the anomalies around the system, Kusari did not seem interested at all. Sounds about right, deadly storm, dark matter, same reasons why we want out.
Have you seen other groups around that could cause a bit of trouble? I wanna warn them. Notify them. Give them a heads up that our station could be put here. Outcasts we already mentioned, who else?

Mr. Kennedy,
The Gallics. Now they haven't been around much lately but they do travel around the Taus. The Navy can sometimes be found at the jumpgate to Tau 31 and reports of the Maquis as well although they haven't come to the Freeport that I know of. I hope this helps.
Maquis, eh? I know of one. Bumped into them a couple times in Tau-37. We don't have too much contact with the Gallic Navy, they'll leave us be. Thanks for the heads up. Now to contact more people.
